These pizza pans are great. The Good: - They are made of heavy, durable non-stick material and are easy to clean and the food can be easily removed. - The holes in the pans allow pizzas to bake evenly across the crust. Homemade pizza crusts end up crispy instead of the soggy crust that you can get when baking them on a solid pan. The holes in the pans are large enough that the crust bakes into them, creating a slightly bumpy bottom crust, which adds to the crispy crust. The Bad: - The holes are large enough that the dough pushes through the holes if rolling the pizza dough thin on the pan, making it somewhat difficult to spread the dough evenly. - The pizza dough also does not stick to the non-stick material, making is more difficult to spread the dough across the pan. - The instructions don't indicate that the pans can be washed in the dishwasher so I have been washing them by hand. However, the pizza crust is so good with these pans that I'll gladly spend the extra time to wash them and spread the dough on the crust. The good far outweigh the bad. I highly recommend them.

These are some of my favorites although I am not really certain what the no-stick stuff is. I hope it is not hurting us, but the pizzas cook well on them. I do not suggest using metal utensils on them, and I suggest getting some wooden or cardboard or plastic pizza trays, to cut the pizza on, so to not harm the no-stick layer. Wipe these off and put them away.

These pizza pans are fairly heavy in weight compared to most pizza pans which makes them seem high quality. The outside of them is a nice, slick nonstick finish. I love everything about these pans (including the way it makes your crust crispier) except that they leave a mess as the pizza can drip into the oven due to the holes. This is why I gave it 4 stars, however, the product works as advertised and I was surprised how great of quality and heavy duty these were.

We have homemade pizza night once a week. We can't be bothered to make dough--we just buy it from Trader Joe's (it's good), open a can of Don Pepino sauce (also good!), and add toppings and cheese. We used to make the pies on sheet pans, and they came out fine, but I saw these perforated ones and thought they might work better. Whoa. I underestimated. They work MUCH better. Seriously, this will up your pizza game. My 16-year-old son gave it a huge thumbs up, and he's a pizza expert (it's about half of what he eats). I got these pans free in return for a review (thanks!) but I'll be ponying up cash for another set because of how much we like them. The non-stick surface worked perfectly and clean-up was a non-event. There were two sets of care instructions included with the order, and at first, I thought there was a required "seasoning" where you had to apply butter and bake the pan for a while, but then I noticed that these instructions are for a "baking dish". The pizza pan has no such instructions. We bake our pizza at 485 degrees and down at the bottom of the oven, close to the flame; the pans seem to hold up just fine to that. The crust comes out super crispy because the heat goes right through the holes. Also, you get a kind of cool pattern on the bottom. If you make pizza at home, try these. Highly recommended.

Pizza is considered a staple at our house, as it's been for the 60 years of our marriage and life in a community dominated by wonderful people of Italian descent. We buy it commercially - usually chowing down with one eye (well, two if you count both of us) glued to an NFL or college football game on TV. In between, I make our own, though I admit to cheating and buying ready-made crusts. All well and good, but I've never liked the potential mess of putting the pies directly on oven racks to cook - and the crusts just don't crisp up when they're sitting on one of those solid metal pizza pans or sheets (I've got two, and both are rusty from use over the years). No wonder, then, that I got excited when I saw these pans - lots of holes to let the heat circulate and, at 14 inches in diameter, heavyweight and large enough to hold the biggest pizza I'll ever make or buy ready-made. The food-friendly nonstick coating makes them easy to clean, although they're not dishwasher safe. And, you shouldn't use metal utensils or put the pans on open flames. They also need to be seasoned, but that's an easy 5 minutes in a 150-degree oven. Now that I've tried them, both for initial cooking and reheating, I'm excited all over again. Well worth the investment and highly recommended.
