Great ergonomics and sturdiness even for larger riders! I'm 6'2 210lbs for reference and my 6'4 brother fits comfortably as well. Love the third middle seat for two adults plus a small kid. Very lacking in storage however...the rear bungee area is really all there is, the rest of the options are quickly unusable when riding with 2-3 people. A sturdy Kayak. Very good for beginners and intermediate paddlers. Tracks well. It did not come with scupper plugs. Seats need to be upgraded to high back.

I love it. I'm 6ft. 180lbs. Construction worker 59yrs old. It's big and with the extras I added its heavy. But very strong and durable. Fits three very nice..and beer. Of course were just fishing in it.

Great base tandem, but needs upgraded seats to really shine, also get wide kayak paddles, at least 98 inches. Beware if using solo, this thing is a beast, you probably need a trailer or something.

Much better than a canoe. The middle "seat" is good for a youth to sit in or a big cooler. The seats are not comfortable. We bought better seats for it. Love the molded carry handles since this is a much heavier kayak.

Nice kayak for the price. Like the color. It’s big. No frills. If you want storage you will need to cut and add yourself but since I’m just using behind the house not a problem for me. One thing I was not happy about was that pictures show pad eyes installed to be able to connect middle seat. Mine came without pad eyes for middle seat. I called and they said they no longer include them (they should update product photo). I had to by my own pad eyes and install with rivets. Why say it’s a 3 seater when you can’t use middle seat comfortably as sold? Cost me $30 for pad eyes, rivets and rivet gun and 20 minutes of work to add them. I paddle myself and my 8 and 6 yr olds on it no problem. ... show more

I rented this before and really loved it which is why I bought it. The problem is that this is 80# over 13.5'. I can lift 80#, but not when it's distributed over 13.5'. it proved difficult (read: impossible by myself) getting it on top of my SUV by myself because I bought this for me and my 10yo. If you are able to transport and carry it, this is a fantastic kayak. It's very stable and comfortable for riding in all day and has storage bungees in the back. Love these kayaks. Bought two for our family of 4. Four stars bc honestly, I have no way of moving these things around without my husband. They are massive and heavy and difficult to get on and off car and into the water.
