It was delivered within 30 days of ordering on Amazon. It is hard to find this model at local dealers so I'm glad I could have it shipped to me. Had to interact with shipper a couple of times to arrange delivery but it went well. The boat did have a couple small scratches but nothing I would raise hell over. They should wrap it in thicker cardboard. The delivery guy let me inspect it and was regretful o er the scratch. The boat is great. It glides smoothly in the water and is easier to direct than my old 14ft Necky. It's also much easier to load as it is a foot shorter and 7 lbs lighter. Once adjusted the seat is comfy.     • Fast and stable kayak

I wanted a kayak that was fast enough to keep up with others but also stable enough for novice and not break the bank. I have been out in mine about 10 ten times this summer and I really enjoy it. It's weight is not the lightest but very comparable to others of its size at 50lbs. I am able to lift it up on top of my SUV into the kayak carriers by myself. The price point is actually less than other comparable kayaks in its class at $799. I fit inside the kayak easily at 6'2" and 190lbs. The adjustable foot pegs work great to give me a slight knee bend while inside. As far as speed I am able to average about 4.5 mph on a 3 mile journey. The top speed for me without wind is about 5.4 mph. I dont have much to compare this to but it feels fast to me and definitely faster than any sit ontop kayaks i have tried. ... show more

Kayak is nice but arrived damaged. The adjustments for the seat are broken. The teeth are worn and do not hold set adjustment. I will report back if a resolution is received and update

Awesome. Took it down the Satilla River in GA for a 4-dat paddle. Performed great. Tracks well and comfortable. Had to buy a seat cushion as the factory seats are not good.
