the rope dose hold the knots well and overall the rope is decent. It is not to heavy or cumbersome. However the sleeve of the rope dose slide and stiffens and kinks the rope, making it difficult to use. The rope is advertised as an arborist climbing rope but when the rope is used in trees as SRT line that is when it is difficult to use. no matter what knot is used or a pursk not with pulley the rope is stiffens. I tried the blakes hitch or the tripple fisherman, the rope sleeve move oppisite to the direction of use seperarate form the core. Not only that,the knots being used become so tight that they do not slide in accordance to the srt tecnique. In short i am not satisfied with this product for the price that i purchased it for.

The color of the rope accents well with greenery found when climbing making it very appealing in my opinion. Though that is what caught my interest be very sure of what you use this rope because the ends are what seems to be machine cut then melted on both sides. I usually buy ropes that have the end weaved together to form a loop, but the value at that price makes it worth the extra care. The rope's durability suffers just slightly because there is no coating around the rope to keep it from snagging but still will last for years.

First time using this rope, in a climb. It worked fine going up. But once I began to descend, the out outer line separated from the center core and began to bunch up. Extremely unsafe and unreliable. Would encourage you to choose another rope!!

I've used this rope for a few climbs now, SRT using a blake's and back up prussik. My CT foot ascender seems to fray the outer jacket, which is a sign of cheap rope. If you're using mechanical ascenders with teeth, look to a better kernmantle. I'll use this one until it's unserviceable and make lanyards/prussiks out of it. Remember the old adage, "Buy once, cry once"

I've climb trees for 20 years and I tell you what this rope is awesome definitely right and you can see it in the tree holds up under ascending and descending definitely would buy a another one tree if you're on arborist or tree surgeon or climber is definitely worth its money thanks for a great rope

I Tried to use this as a climbing rope, the cover snaked so bad, I could not get down out of the first tree I climbed. I have had to retire it as a climbing line, use it only for let down it is somewhat workable, and appears to be sturdy, but is not for climbing.
