I have been using this throw line and bag for several months now over the summer, working on pruning some large trees in my yard. I've used this to place top tie-ins a half a dozen or more times. I've missed plenty of throws 40-50+ feet up. The bag has landed hard many times and the seems are holding strong. I do see them failing with daily use, but for a weekend warrior/homeowner or a saddle hunter just getting started, it's been great. The line is spectacular, it is very durable and strong. I have put almost all my 300lbs on it to free snags or break branches and it has shown no signs of fraying at all. It is slick and fairly stiff, the only real downside is that it likes to tangle when you coil it up, but if laid out for a throw it won't tangle. I do wish I had gotten a few oz lighter bag, but it hasn't held me back at all. I would definitely purchase it again.

The throw line kits worked well. I was able to get about $1500 worth of work done with this and a double sided pull chainsaw chain with handles. It is a good weight, seems well made, and did exactly what was needed. I hung it up in a tree and it is there to this day. The reel of line that comes with it is extremely strong and more than adequate. Lots of length. I will buy again.

I am by no means an arborist but, this has served me well. I have done 5 trees so far that I had to use this on and it hasn't failed me once. Everything is well built and sturdy. I have pulled up some pretty heavy rope with this and not had one single issue. The string hasn't retained any memory so it's really easy to work with. I just grabbed and old amazon box and loosely spooled it in there when I got done with a job.
