Ordered it for my 5 year old to keep his new iPad safe and so far we’re happy with our purchase. The case is sturdy and offers good protection over all even comparable to an otter box brand, as for the free screen protector that came included as a “free gift” it was very poor quality and arrived completely shattered. We decided to invest in a Zagg brand screen protector since we know how rough kids can be, but all in all the Pepkoo case has been great and easy to use for all of us. So far, so good. We just received and installed the cases on our kids' (ages 4 and 6) new iPad 9th gen. last night. We installed tempered glass screen protectors as extra security prior to installing the case and it caused no issues getting the case on. They do fit snuggly to the iPad (as they should) and seem to be great. I love that the handle completely spins and you're able to prop it up horizontally or vertically. I also love that there is so much padding around the corners of the iPad and the camera. We'll be downloading games and movies over the next week and getting them ready to open up and hop on a plane Christmas morning. Will update this if they don't hold up. If you're looking for a glass screen protector for your 9th gen., the link below is what I ordered and they were super easy to install. It came with a frame to place around the iPad to perfectly (and easily) line up the screen protector. You can set it up at basically any angle. The play circle thingy in the back is sturdy and won’t collapse. You have to use some force to put it on but it’s not complicated at all. The silicon/foam like material is thick and foamy that the shock of the fall is absorbed. My kid throws his iPad, it was thrown out of a moving car, and a van ran over it; and it didn’t crack. I purchased this for my 7 year old child who has autism, I needed something that was durable and would give maximum protection for their iPad that is used for therapy services as well as for entertainment. Its been over 6 months since we bought this and it’s holding up great, it’s easy to put on and easy to clean. This case along with a high quality screen protector has kept their expensive iPad perfectly safe during countless tantrums where the iPad was quite literally thrown across the room, slammed onto tables and floors. I have recommended this case to many other parents with young children, I truly can not recommend it enough. I’d also like to note, at first I was nervous because of the reviews from people whose iPad broke while putting this case on but if you use common sense and don’t bend the device itself then it isn’t going to break.
