I had my doubts when I came across this bag on Amazon, because the name like 'Pengda' screams Made in China. The price was so good and the pictures were intriguing. I had to give it a try. So I drummed up the courage and just bought it. This week, it arrived. And now that I've received and used it, I can confirm that the quality is there: the fabric is strong, the build is sturdy, and the zippers are smooth. This bag has got enough volume to hold all the essentials: boots (10.5 US), helmet, gloves, goggle, and spare socks. Everything you'd need on the mountain fits in the bag. At the time I bought this bag, I also bought Wildhorn Brimhall (also made in China, apparently). Compared to the Wildhorn, this Pengda bag is more compact. The material (synthetic canvas?) is thicker on the Pengda - so it feels stronger to the touch and inspires more confidence in the carrier. The Wildhorn is taller and bulkier, and it can be converted into a backpack. It's got multiple compartments including a padded section specifically designed for goggle. The Wildhorn's larger volume ensures that it can hold more stuff - more than just the basic essentials listed above. But the drawback, again, is the bulkiness. All in all, I slightly prefer the Pengda, which, I feel, better embodies the KISS (Keep It Simple...) minimalist design principle.

Organizes and keeps all your kids ski stuff together! We just put all these in the back of the Jeep before we head up skiing. It fits the kids, boots, helmet, gloves, ski masks, and even the younger kids ski jacket shells. Adult ski boots are a little tighter fit but still works. But these are for kids.

My 6 year old just started skiing. I got this bag for her over a year ago and it has been perfect for her boots, helmet, base layers, gloves, and a mid layer. The boot layer is protected enough that it doesn’t get wet and dirty after snowy boots go in. I was nervous to get this last year, but I’m really glad I made this purchase.

Bought it a couple years ago because it was one of the few shoulder strap boot bags on the market and haven’t regretted it. Bag holds a ton of gear, and love that the gear pocket, which fits my helmet, in addition to my jacket and all my other equipment, is separate from the boots. Might not be the most durable as the zippers seem cheap but it has lasted so far. Even survived being checked luggage last year, although I probably won’t do that again this year. If it eventually breaks, will probably just purchase this same bag again due to price and features being top notch

I work in an industry where I need to carry personal protective equipment (PPE). I need to have steel-toed boots, a hard hat, a vest, safety glasses, and hearing protection. I also have to travel all over the country with this stuff, and packing it for travel is always a pain. Attaching a hard hat to your backpack means it can’t go under your airline seat. If you pack your boots and hard hat in your suitcase, you’re going to be checking that bag because it’s huge. Enter this lifesaver. It’s really generous in size. I can easily fit all my gear plus my laptop, notebooks, and travel junk (headphones, small purse, charging cords) in this bag. Plus my nasty boots don’t touch any of it. It’s replaced my backpack as my carry on, and as long as I don’t get too wild with how much I put in there, it’ll slide under the seat in front of me. For short trips, I can switch it up, use travel cubes, and this replaces my suitcase while I also take my backpack. Then this slides into an overhead bin a lot more easily than my roll-aboard. I love this so much, I plan to buy them for my team for Christmas this year. After 11 years, I feel like I finally found the solution for carrying PPE when traveling.

Beautiful and spacious! I’ve never thought to store my boots in a bag until now. I typically carry them in a huge backpack which also fits my helmet and goggles. This bag is amazing because it does all that but also have compartments for the boots and the helmet. I also store my boots in it during off season to keep them clean and dry. One zipper broke as soon as I opened it. Hopefully I can get it fixed but the cheap quality of the zipper caused me to change my rating.

We bought two of these for our recent ski trip. They perfectly fit a pair of boots, a helmet, my camelback, and then I was also able to add in my hand/foot warmers, my long-johns, ski socks, balaclava and mittens. It brought down the bulk of my suitcase substantially. The bright color made it easy to spot at baggage claim.
