This table is insane! This is by far the most amazing and comfortable table we’ve ever had and we’ve had a few even gone through Ashley’s. The set up of this table was easy and took less than an hour. My only problem was how bad it smelled of polyurethane but after we set it up we washed it down with some soap and water and aired out the house and that helped. It’s very solid, gorgeous and perfect for our family of six. The price is definitely a lot but it’s nice to know that we will finally have a table that will last us a long time and is made well. The added storage in the seats is definitely an added benefit. Truly gorgeous and designed so well.

I'll get photos later, but my husband is hilarious. Him and my dad put it together, and the whole time (mind you, I'm not a paid Amazon girl) he's saying how easy it was to put together. That the hard, tedious parts were already done by the manufacturer. He even said he wanted to buy another one just for the ease of putting it together again. He's a dork but I figured it was review worthy. The table and benches themselves are gorgeous. The wood looks so real. (We used to have our own sawmill, we're more than familiar with wood) There's so much little detail throughout the entire thing. It's very impressive. The stain smell went away very quickly. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Buying something this big on Amazon is worrisome, and sometimes, you're going to get a lemon, not everything is made exactly perfectly, hence some negative reviews. But we're very happy.

I was very Leary about ordering a table from Amazon but I am amazed at the quality! Thick and sturdy, beautiful color, and easy to assemble. It is working great for our family of 5. Actually took less space and gave more seating than our traditional table and chairs. Love that I have the extra chair as well.

I can't even express how happy I am with this kitchen nook! Beautiful, fits perfectly in my kitchen, sturdy. Very easy to put together which shocked me, aside from the parts being heavy. I thought id have to put the hinges on the benches but the benches came assembled outside of attaching the legs and back. Fully recommend this set I'm thrilled with it.

I waited a year to do this review to make sure to put it to the test! I have to say that this gorgeous nook is definitely worth the extra we paid for it compared to some of the others I saw in my search on here. I looked at others that were a little over half the price of this one but the quality wasn’t there IMO! You are paying for quality here, which is exactly the word I would use to describe this beautiful set! It's heavy solid wood, you don’t have to worry if it’s going to bow, or the wood split etc. while relaxing on the benches. The 2 benches open up to lots of storage space which is so convenient! It also saves space if you have a small nook area like mine, instead of chairs out in the middle of the room, just slide the bench completely under the table. I also love the look of the dark wood against the bright white. You get what you pay for as the saying goes…..It’s well worth it to invest in quality and fine workmanship for your money! We REALLY love it and get so many compliments on it!

7 week update. There’s a smell 7 weeks later. I’ve left the windows open, used fragrance warmers and fans and it still has a smell. My eyes often burn and I wonder what could they have used and hoping there’s nothing dangerous to it. From ordering to delivery was about 16 days. The delivery company was top notch with contacting you for delivery. They brought it inside, not such petite delicate flower handling but good. 4 boxes marked clear enough to show contents of each. I started with the table, then small bench. The second I cut the package tape my eyes started burning. This only lasted a few hours. This is the easiest furniture I’ve ever assembled. Table was 5 pieces and 12 bolts. The bench was 4 or 5 pieces and bolts. Then I started on small main seat, which was in one box and realized the two end pieces were opposite the orientation I wanted after assembly, of which I immediately took apart. Only about 20 minutes to assemble and take apart. I was going to stop there and continue the next day but now, I had to open the other box to see if the other two end pieces would be the orientation I wanted. Yes it was. All the top surfaces were in excellent condition. I was worried because I saw some complaints about the surfaces being damaged. Mine was not. There were a couple of marks on the white surfaces that I believe were intentional because it was in the same location on two of the connecting pieces. It looks great and I’m looking forward to finishing the decorative aspects. So, even with my pup who was dancing in the background for attention, I assembled this in a couple hours taking my time and taking breaks. I’m glad I got it.
