TL:DR - I don’t recommend this thing. I bought this piece for my husband’s office. It arrived several weeks ago, but I needed to spend three weeks in intensive therapy before I could bring myself to speak about it - or, frankly, to speak at all. If you buy this absolute abomination, expect the following: - shipment of two large, impossibly heavy boxes. “That’s ok!” You’ll tell yourself. “Some things are heavy!” - you’ll open the boxes to find approximately 7543356786544 pieces. - you’ll start sweating in the dead of winter. Your spouse, seeing the encyclopedia’s-worth of directions, will slowly back out of the room. You’ll never see him again. - three hours will pass, or is it days? You’re weary. You miss your children. - it’s mid-week. You’ve gotten the armoire standing up. The drawers don’t match up. They don’t shut all the way. The tears come easily. - the flimsy backside splinters as you try to blindly attach it. It’s not marked. - your parents ask local law enforcement to do a welfare check. They see trails of sawdust, but otherwise, all is quiet. - you’re under the armoire, they’ll find you in two days. - an investigator will gently run a hand over the furniture, acquiring 53 splinters in a single pass. It’s heavy. They’ll condemn the house and leave you to return to the soil.

READ REVIEWS: I THINK THIS IS A SCAM: Product weighs nearly 200 pounds and was shipped in 2 LOW QUALITY boxes that fall apart by the time the product arrived at my property. Product was delivered to the property but not to my doorstep, so I had to try to move the two 100 lb boxes up the stairs alone in the dark. One box completely fell apart, and all of the parts fell down the stairs, damaging the product further. I expect that the product was already damaged and parts were missing due to the poor quality of the boxes and the ridiculous decision to pack each box with nearly 100 lbs of product.

I purchased 2 of these plus 2 nightstands spending over $800 and received absolute crap! NOT WORTH IT! There is no detail in the sale about assembly required or the fact that severe extensive assembly is needed for the 21 different pieces of hardware barely labeled (need magnifier to see numbers on clear packages) and 22 particle filler board pieces that are advertised as wood. 2 boxes for each armoire - NO Instructions manual in either or all 4 boxes for both armoire's - had to go online to print model # instructions. Then found in 1st shipment 1 package hardware completely missing and 2 extra boards labeled "T" different color and did not belong at all. 6 hours with 2 people assembling because of 19 pages of instructions that are not clear. Second set was missing an important "3rd door" large piece and had extra hardware that did not belong.... So every package something is missing and something is added that shouldnt be there. While assembling and being very careful to follow every step - multiple times attempting to put in a screw or dowel advised and the particle wood filler would just crack -- using a handheld because the drill is "too much" for this type of wood - cracked first one so switched to handheld screwdrivers to try a softer installation of hardware --- NO LUCK still cracked multiple places, multiple times. Finally after 2 days (1 day for each armoire) and great patience - fully assembled with one without a 3rd door & one that the double doors do no align to match up no matter how much adjusted because the "Door Boards" are not level cut (based on a leveler check)..... THIS CRAP IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY AMAZON PURCHASES OVER YEARS & THOUSANDS OF PACKAGES & $$$$ THAT I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND FELT THE SELLER FALSELY ADVERTISES AND MAKES CRAP STUFF!!!! One last note the package of 2 night stands is even worse and still not put together because so frustrated with the armoire's, set the box aside until I find a whole day of patience to waste!

This is the hardest thing I have ever put together...and I've put my fair share of furniture together. You better have an electric screwdriver don't even attempt it without one it's impossible. My drawers are crooked but didn't realize that until it was all put together so now it's too much work done to send it back. I would never have bought it had I known how hard it was going to be to put together. Way too much work for how much it costs! Honestly I think it took 2 people about 12 hours to put it together. I would strongly recommend not buying this!

Comes in 2 extremely heavy boxes. Assembly instructions are unclear & simply awful, some steps don't make sense in the order given. Veneer finish is literally tissue-thin, surfaces easily scratch & peel. Sliding drawer rails were all bent & damaged due to weight of cabinet pieces they were packed with, thus the drawers are ill-fit/lopsided when closed, don't slide properly, don't lock properly. Long single door won't seat & close properly when hinges are installed, gave up on trying to adjust after THREE hours,cand that was just the one door. Overall, took 2 of us over 6 hours just to assemble. Am so mad to pay over $200 for something so cheaply-made & consumer-UNfriendly. I'm sure the company knows it's too much of a hassle to even think about returning it, so it's about the equivalent of extortion or robbery, no way to recoup $$ loss. Pitiful!

I bought this to replace a closet that we sacrificed during a bathroom remodel. I liked that I could lock medicine in the drawers to keep safe from kids. The price was in the low range and I saw reviews that mentioned it being very difficult to assemble. For the cost, I believe this is a great deal. It is what I expected for a particle board cabinet. It was actually simple to assemble, but did take forever. I did it by myself though and with several interruptions from my toddlers. The major reason I did not give this 5 stars is that the locks are garbage. Completely useless and lock slide doesn’t reach the notch it’s meant to lock into.
