Compared to some other hard cases I’ve used this pelican case is a bit cheaper, but good quality. Only a bit odd that the cases don’t close flat/evenly but the rubber seal inside still seals it properly. Great for my use which is is keeping a camera and two lenses safe.

What can I say? You have a solid camera case constructed of high quality material with a thickly cushioned inside to protect whatever you might put in the case. I purchased the case for my Olympus OM-1 camera, lenses and lights. The cushions can be moved around for different sized items. It works great! BUY ONE! ... show more

I like the case, appears to be well built and the divider is well designed. Reason I am returning it is the actual interior usable space when I measure it is nearly an inch less compare to the Amazon's interior dimension. You have to take account for the foam divider which is about 1/2" thick.....above all, I sent this back over a week ago but I haven't received my refund yet.....??? ... show more

I have maybe a dozen Pelican cases ranging from the smallest to literally the largest and have used them for 30+ years or so, can't remember not having them.... I bought a V200 for some minor field electronics and was shocked at the delta in quality between the American made Pelican and the Mexican made Vault by Pelican. I am returning and buying a 1450 Pelican. I doubt this would keep water out and it seems like it would bust open the first time dropped. I have dropped many a Pelican and Maybe I get a scuff . . . these would not be so lucky . . . If you have valuable gear, don;t gamble, this is cheap insurance. ... show more
