Works and fits great but only on Pelican paddles. Would not seat and lock on any other paddle we have. Would still recommend for Pelicans though.

This product was designed specifically for Pelican paddles, so I knew it was a gamble that it would work with any of our paddles. Turns out it works with the Hoodoo paddle and Magellan Outdoors Torrent paddles, with a very small amount of play in both of them. It did NOT fit the Seasense or Bending Branches Whisper paddles. My Origami Paddler (OP) kayak/paddleboard came with a double-ended paddle (paddles on both sides of the pole), which is great for kayaking, but not great for paddleboarding. Purhased it for my Pelican angler paddle. FIts perfectly, helps to have a short paddle when fishing to move around in tight areas when fishing. Anyone complaining about its fit with other brands hould remember that it was made to fit Pelican.

Did not fit well. It went into the handle, but the pin that is supposed to pop out through the hole to lock it in place did not line up with the hole in my paddle shaft, so occasionally the handle would come out of the paddle.

    • Fits Origami Paddler oar!
The media could not be loaded. I was trying to find a handle that would fit my Origami Paddler oar since mine just came with the two paddle ends for kayaking. This one fits perfectly! Now I can convert the kayak oar into an SUP paddle and use it comfortably.
