This is truly a rugged case for your apple vision. It fits your unit and gear perfectly. It is also packed in thick padding. This is great for travel or for those that use their apple vision in the field etc. nThen padlock hasp is a great feature. I found it to be overkill and a little expensive for my needs, but considering the expense of the vision pro, its a good investment if it fits your needs. ... show more

    • Extremely sturdy protection for Vision Pro
This is an extremely well made case for Visual Pro. The fit is like a glove. The outer case is typical Pelican quality, extremely sturdy. The inner foam for the top is typical standard Pelican case foam but the lower part has high density foam that's custom cut for Vision Pro. I had no problems sliding in the Vision Pro. Now a couple of minor things that I wish were different: - The handle is very stiff, making it difficult to quickly grab the case. This might get better with more use but it seems like their tolerance for the handle is incorrect. It's much stiffer than other larger Pelican cases I own. - The custom moldings are nice except the charging block/cable section. The cable section seems to be unnecessarily small when there's extra room, requiring me to make a tight loop with the charging cable. I prefer to have extra room around the cable section so that I can just throw the cable and charging block. I may eventually cut the foam to make this part larger. Overall, this case offers a much better protection than Apple's own case at a lower cost. The downside is that this case is larger, so it's less suitable for throwing inside a backpack. This case will be great when you are traveling somewhere and want proper protection for the Vision Pro. ... show more

    • Excellent case but the storage arrangement could be better
I’ve been using various Pelican cases for years and I’ve always been able to count on them to protect the gear that I store in them. If you know the Pelican case quality, you know what to expect with this case. The foam insert for the Apple Vision Pro feels cheaply made and more of an after thought. While yes, the foam protects the headset perfectly fine, I’m disappointed by the way the power supply is stored. In my experience, to safely store gear in pelican cases, the gear should be laid out side by side and not have the components cross each other. The way the foam is cut, the cable has to be coiled in the center and then the cable needs to cross over the head set for the rest to be stored. While I have not seen any issues storing the components this way so far, I feel like there will be stress made on that point of the cable which would greatly affect its longevity. Moreover, the foam quality seems a bit cheap for a premium case like Pelican. I say that because this is the same type of laser cut foam you would find in cheaper cases. For a brand like Pelican, I feel like they could design a foam that is more integrated and would arrange the components better. For example, the space of the lid could have been used to maximize the storage arrangements etc. r Right now, the foam just seems like a rushed after thought. If you want a good case that you can rely on, this would certainly fit your bill. However, you may want to find a better insert if you want to use this case for the Apple Vision Pro. ... show more

    • My first Pelican case and won’t be the last
First off, let me say that I do not own an Apple Vision Pro headset. I got this knowing I was going to be buying new foam for it. I have a few name brand cases from a competitor, and they are also awesome. The Pelican is just slightly better though. The latching mechanism is one thing that stood out right away. You just push a button in and lift. The latches on most others has one extra step to open. You normally push down on a button, then push down on the case and flip up the latch, and then open the case. Both ways feel very secure, so you’ll have to decide which one you prefer. The plastic on this one feels a little better as well. It’s very minor, but is noticeable. I’m not sure, but maybe it’s just a little thicker? Either way, this case it’ is awesome and makes me feel like I don’t have to baby my gear when I travel or when I’m out and about. ... show more

This is an easy review to write. Let's be honest, this is a Pelican case, and nobody makes better cases and this is the quality you would expect from Pelican. The shell is light and strong, its waterproof and the latches lock perfectly yet are easy to open. The custom cut foam is dense and strong. It fits the headset perfectly and I am certain it will protect under ANY circumstances. I am a little surprised that the construction of the foam is not up to normal Pelican standards. The cut foam is made from 3 separate pieces which are glued together. On my unit, the layers are not glued well and already separating. I am not worried about this because the foam fits the case perfectly and there is little chance it will fall out, but still it could have been made better. 5 stars for the case, 4.5 for the foam. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I like Pelican cases for their sturdy construction and durability. The Storm iM2100 for Apple Vision Pro is an excellent compact-sized case. I can't think of a better way to securely travel with your VR headset anywhere. The foam allows you to place the headset and charger easily. The case closes very nicely, and the handles feel very secure. You can throw this thing, and nothing will happen to your gear. My only gripe with the case is that they could organize the cables on the same side as the charger and maybe add a strap to hold it better. Also, when I open the case empty, it tends to fall back, which is very annoying. It's a bit cheaper than Apple's own carrier case, which is nicer but also less resistant and durable. ... show more
