This is a pretty good case with good drop protection. Also feels good in the hand. My only problems are the latches that holds the case together. Theres one on the bottom for the charging port, and one on each side and they are very uncomfortable to hold. They also come unlatched sometimes. This review is being written after installing my second one of these cases! I live a very active life and my phones see a lot of abuse. I have just grown accustomed to having to replace back glass and so forth, with any case I have owned. I had never tried a pelican case to this point so decided to give one a try based on their description and the success I have had with their other products. This phone case was no exception!! I literally wrote the first case out to the point of pieces being broken off. When I opened the case up for the first time since installation, I was expecting something on the phone to be broken. WRONG!! The phone still looked new with no visible damage or markings. First time I have had a phone last this long without any damage! I will not be buying any other case from now on, I will just stick with what they put out. It is worth whatever the current cost is at the time of purchase. I recently purchased a phone cover the Pelican Shield Series - iPhone 13 Pro Max Case. I have had it on my phone for less than a week. I dropped it today and the whole back of my phone is shattered. How can a company sell a product that it 21ft drop protected but it couldn’t even with stand a fall from two feet. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
