I’m a tradesman of 25 years and have worked in some rough environments. I’ve owned numerous lunch boxes and this by far is the best I’ve owned. I use 2 medium and one small ice pack and it keeps the cooler cold from before lite until late night. It will keep my food cold for a couple days but I always remove my leftover lunch and put the ice packs in the freezer daily. The dry tray is great and the top is a great storage for all things small. Lockable as well. This thing blows the ingle coolers away, I have two and don’t even touch em anymore. I had a soft cooler that I had bought at your local big store, it was ran down and I had always had a problem with ice packs or regular ice holding up during the day. This ice chest/cooler is perfect size for a lunch pail. It sure does do the job and it fits nearly everywhere. The price for the ice chest is reasonable. I have tipped it over and it holds all contents inside and very durable. I have had our water truck driver spray my ice chest in accident and nothing inside got wet so waterproof is perfect. Very easy to use and easy to carry. I love this lunch/ice chest and it does the job, coming from a guy that works on construction sites with no shade, we do underground work so I approve and would recommend this ice chest! ... show more

This is the perfect size cooler as either a very large lunch box. Or maybe a day trip with a significant other or friend. Great features too: plenty of space, dry storage on top separate from cooler, tray, and a bottle opener. Overall I’d recommend and if you can snag on sale even better

We used this cooler for a trip in the summer. It kept everything cold and was the perfect size. It held about 6 or 7 bottles of water, some cans, and smaller bottles. We are very happy with it. I love that the lid locks and that it held the ice for the entire day.

    • Best not so little lunchbox I've ever seen!

My partner started working significantly more rural, and needed a lunchbox pronto. Amazon delivered it well within time for next week's lunches to be designed around its space limitations, which, when we saw it, we realized there would be none. This thing holds probably enough food for three people, and we bought the 2lb ice pack with it- it works out fantastically and he can pack things he likes, particularly milk, without them going nasty by noon. Oh, and it's like a full pint of milk. Paired with two square cup containers from Pyrex, a small sandwich bag, and fresh fruit and yogurt, there's still enough space for six more sandwiches. If you're someone who works away from fast food, or would like to get away from the cost of eating fast food daily, 10/5 stars. We could easily fit three meals for him in it, but luckily we only worry about one, and snacks. ... show more

Living in Phoenix it's hard to keep drinks cold all day. But as of June low - mid 100 deg. temp. It has worked better than I expected. This is one of the things I wish I purchased years ago. It is built like a tank and most important it works.

The media could not be loaded. A great little lunch box! Thick and rugged. My ice bottle barely melted on a half day grocery run. But I ordered sage green and got gray. The box was marked sage. Inside was dark gray.
