  • Works great and feels solid. Cumbersome to assemble due to vague instructions.
The good: Sturdy and works well. Good buy for the price. You are able to adjust the position of the wheel stop back and forth, as well as the pedal base, however, you do need to use a wrench and loosen/tighten a few screws to do this. The bad: The only instructions available are a 5minute long video which I had to keep rewinding back and forth to squint at while I was building. The person building in the video also chose a cumbersome order to build it in. Written instructions would be great. The provided screws did not work for the 2 front mounting holes on my Fanatec CSL Pedals. They provide M6 screws in different sizes: 35mm screws (too long) and 20mm screws (too short). Luckily I had some 25mm M6 screws laying around and was able to use them for a perfect fit. If somehow the provided screws would have been able to work for these pedals, I would still fault the manufacturer because the instructions are not clear on how to do this if it is indeed possible. ... show more

  • Pleasantly Surprised!
Wow, I am Pleasantly surprised! I recently purchased the Fanatec CSL DD Combo, with the Direct Drive Wheel/Base and the Pedals... however my one problem was that that the Pedal Set was not study enough to use on the ground by itself, as any pressure on the pedals caused them to tilt forward (Coming from the Logitech G29, which could easily be used on the ground, this was a problem). I now needed a standalone pedal base/mount to put the CSL Pedals on so that I did not have the flex, and I turned to this product. The unit arrived very quickly and had more than enough parts to do the job, even having leftover screws and metal bars in the kit! It was easy enough to put together, but did require some patience as the unit did not come with a physical instruction manual but rather a QR Code that linked to a tutorial video on Youtube. It took me around 30-ish minutes to put together, but once done it feels and looks quite sturdy and has nearly no flex when pressing on the pedals. As well, once put together, making adjustments to its length or the pedals angle can be done quite quickly! WARNING for Fanatec CSL Pedal users! - For anyone who is going to mount the Fanatec CSL Pedals be warned that this unit does not have the proper screws for the back two mounting brackets on the pedal base. As in the pictures above, the top mounting holes for the pedal worked quite easily with their given 10mm screws (as this part of the pedal set lays flat with the mount), however the lower part of the pedals required a longer screw as the screw mount is not flush in this section (the single arrow photo shows this offset). The provided screws where either too short or too long for the bracket in this section. I luckily had purchased these (https://a.co/d/iCC239B) M6-1.0mm Thread Size, 20mm screws for my desk mount and they worked perfectly for this section of the mount. I am not sure if this was user error, but since there are no instructions and the video they provided is with a totally flat pedal-set, there unfortunately seems to be no other way besides purchasing these additional screws. Overall the pedal set for the price is fantastic (nearly no flex, very sturdy, and keeps my office chair locked in), and saved me from buying a Sim-Cockpit which would have had me forking over quite a bit more money for one of quality. ... show more

  • Building this is terrible
The mount works really well for what it is, unfortunately be mindful about the fact that they will not give large enough screws prepackaged, so buy some along with this (most likely M6-1.0 x 55m or 60m) and there will be no instruction manual on the build so be prepared to watch a video.

  • Not good for Load Cell Pedals
This would work perfectly for non-load cell pedals. The instructional video music is hilarious. Written instructions would be better. It look me 20 minutes to assemble plus a home Depot run for the screws/nuts recommended for my pedals. I have Fanatic CSL Elite V2 load cell pedals and I got this hoping that it would hold them. Mounting was no problem, just adjust it to your preference. I have the lightest springs and the braking force reduced to 20%; the front of my chair and chair mount lift into the air at full braking with current setup. I put a weight on the chair mount and doesn't lift anymore but the chair still wants to lift out of the cradle. Can't escape physics. Should have gone straight for the foldable rig. ... show more

  • Worth it
Really tight on space and don’t have room for even a foldable cockpit, But this is really amazing and it’s not really adjustable on the fly but once you get it adjusted to the right length i haven’t even touched it since. I slam on the pedals and it’s pretty sturdy after 2 months of use. Might upgrade my pedals to load cells so we’ll see how long these last ... show more

  • Works great.
It does everything it said it would. It actually came with extra parts. No instructions included but the video on the sales page is easy to follow. I would give 5 stars if instructions were included and the sharp edges where your office chair goes was smoothed out. Overall good product

  • Does what it says
Just got this and put it together. Bit of a pain to assemble, but not too bad once you figure it out. Could come with better instructions. Loads of extra nuts and bolts, and decent Allen wrenches (not the cheap ones that don't last 5 minutes like you usually get). Nice and solid, my pedals do not move now which is all that matters in the end ... show more

  • quality product
Decided to pick up this pedal mount while I was waiting for my cockpit. I didn't have high expectations, however I am impressed with this stand. I have a fanatec load cell pedal mounted to it and it can surprisingly handle the forces of me stomping on the brake pedal with no feeling of flexing. I do suspect there is some, however I can't feel it and there is no way for me to see it either. There is no assembly instructions, however there are builds videos on youtube that are extremely helpful. The other gripe I have is the hardware. There was not have enough of the shorter bolts, and a lot of extra longer bolts. This wasn't a big deal for me because I needed to pick up mounting hardware for my pedals, so it was easy to to pick up a couple extra short bolts for the stand itself. overall I am pretty happy with this product. ... show more
