It's a beautiful sink. The installation seemed unnecessarily complicated with rudimentary instructions. It also has a very high overflow and the remaining lip where the overflow is is maybe 2mm so you have to cut extremely precise. The quality of the wood board is also inferior. But my bigger issue is that the coating doesn't last. We only used it for two months and it already is damaged. It started chipping on the small bowl about a week into it and now came off in the main bowl. Pictures attached. The instructions tell you not to leave metal in there for long periods of time and we didn't. Unfortunately there is also no option to reach out to the seller and Amazon will only accept 30 day returns. It doesn't seem like there is a warranty unless you buy it which I would recommend with this sink. It seems like none of the other reviewers used the sink. Please don't make my mistake and buy this sink. Edit to add: even with this review amd my repeat efforts to reach out there is no replacement, compensation or return option. Since I wrote this review Amazon has been sending me customer questions. The majority of the questions are about missing or defective pieces. Our sink came complete and intact but it seems like there is a 50/50 chance it's already incomplete or broken when you receive it.

The media could not be loaded. I've been needing a new sink setup for goodness knows how long. The one that was installed in my home is easily from nearly 20-30 years ago and I hate it, plain and simple. It works, but I've always hated sinks that have that divider in the middle that takes away valuable storage space, making anything you put in the sink stick out after a certain diameter and most dishes hard to stack, especially pots and pans! I'm not the kind of person to wash dishes every day, so I need my space to stack! Thankfully this sink alleviates every previous issue I've had with my old sink. First, let's talk quality. This is not only a gorgeous looking but an incredible feeling sink! It's right in that sweet spot of being dense but not heavy, making instalation a breeze. No extreme weight to the overall base to make moving it and installing it to fit a pleasure, not a hassle. Everything you need to get this set up is included, packaged neatly away in the box. Instructions are clear with full color imagery on some pages to make visual learners like me feel much more comfortable. The finish on everything is pristine, a truly impressive piece of craftsmanship and just the upgrade I was looking for for my ancient-feeling setup! Finally, the accessories. This company goes above in beyond in anticipating what you may need there is a glass rinser (an easily expensive cost all on its own, not to mention drilling a hole for it in your sink and counter), a set of trays that can be adjusted at will to conserve space and make preparing / cleaning your meat/vegetables so much more convenient, and finally, the adjustable waterfall spray that makes everything feel so much more serene and high-tech! Can't rave enough about this sink and there's more features than I even listed! Definitely look into it if you're wanting to immediately upgrade your kitchen with a sophisticated sink without breaking the bank.

There are so many pros to being the owner and user of this sink every day. It is huge and since we hand wash our dishes I am able to have a dish drainer inside the sink. Yes, it is that big. So that is nice to keep the dish drainer off the counters. The thing I dislike the most about this sink is that to use the hot water I have to have the water knob turned all the way up and when I do that of course water splashes everywhere and then has to be cleaned up all the time. There are plenty of accessories that come with this sink which is also very nice. If this is the sink you choose the main thing to cause you disappointment will most likely be the splattering of water when you use the hot since you have to have the water all the way up for it to be hot -- full force -- and it will indeed splatter. The only other thing is when you use the glass rinsing feature of this sink it will leave hard water particles (if you have hard water, obviously). I do and that has to also be cleaned up all the time. So, while it isn't a sink made in heaven, it is certainly an enviable sink!
