I needed a place to keep my controller that wasn't on the computer desk since my cat loves knocking things off the desk in the morning. I have limited space between my large monitor and my mic boom arm, so I was happy to discover this. It's modular design means I can make it fit in the one space I have free. The panels can be attached inline or offset and are secured with screws through the back into the clips. The mount can accomodate tables up to 40mm or 65mm thick depending on how you assemble it. It can also be mounted upside down. I'm only using mine for my X-Box One and X-Box 360 controller right now. One thing to note is that the contoller mounts aren't wide enough for the older X-Box 360 controllers to sit securely, but most owners probably have newer controllers anyway. I found that placing a headphone holder above the controller to wrap the wires around worked well and helped keep the controller stable. This peg board is great for organizing your workstation. Its very customizable. It comes with plenty of different hooks. You'll probably have way more than you'll use. It's very sturdy. It's held together with clips and screws. The mechanism that holds it to the desk is also very sturdy. Almost everything is good, but two things make it something I won't keep on my desk. First, most cable clips have too small of an opening, making it a hassle to use them for cables. Second, my desk is a little small, and the pillar that holds the peg board goes quite far onto the table, making the pegboard itself sit too far forward.     • Clever way to integrate modular storage into office space

I selected this item because I wanted a more flexible way to hang up computer peripherals within easy reach of the chair at my desk. Assembly was relatively easy, though you will need your own screwdriver. The panels attach quite securely to one another and I can't imagine being able to overload it. The panels can be attached to one another on any matching edge, so you can really tune the board to your specific available space, which I really appreciated. Attachment feels quite sturdy when suitably clamped down. My only gripe is that it does lean a bit when fully clamped, seemingly due to the clamp portion deforming a little under pressure, but it's not a deal breaker. When I first saw this Pegzone panel, I thought it looked pretty cool. I'm not a gamer, so a bunch of the advertised uses do not apply to me, but I do have 27 charging cables laying on my desk and in drawers (ok, maybe not 27 exactly). The unit comes in pieces allowing you to configure it to your needs. Assembly is fairly simple. All the little screws securing the panels together are a bit annoying, but the finished item is super sturdy. They supply a little Allen wrench/screwdriver tool, but you will want a regular Phillips screwdriver. The Allen wrench side works fine for the four screws you need it for. I was surprised to see how many hooks were enclosed. And they clip on easily. Now my cords are organized in plain view. This Pegzone pegboard is well thought-out and sturdy. However, it's worth noting that it requires non-standard pegs, and the included hardware, though effective, feels somewhat cheap.
