When I travel on a long drive, I tend to get dehydrated so drinking one of these helps so much more than just drinking water. The strawberry flavor, to me ,is the best one. I recommend either having these along on long driving trips or buy the powdered form to mix your own.

I really enjoy these. They taste sweet but not overly sweet. I like to keep them refrigerated as they are very refreshing cold! My 10 year who loves juice did not seem to like them, he said they taste a bit like medicine but honestly I thought they were perfect. You have to adjust expectations knowing it is electrolytes and not just juice lol ... show more
