I bought this unit after much research. I want to be able to power my critical circuits when the grid is down. So far I am very pleased with the Pecron. I'm testing it now and turned it on yesterday at 4:30 in the afternoon and at 3 am it's still at 63% running two refrigerators and some lights. It will definitely do what I want it to do and was a great bargain since it was on sale when I bought it. I will most likely buy an expansion battery for more power in the future if the price goes down. I definitely recommend this unit.

Amazing , Excellent MPPT , if you thinking Jackery, think again, not scalable, this is to 9.6kwh , HALF the cost, this and a couple of 415 watt panels , and you can power you 120 side of you home, that will save you at least 100 per month, great warranty , you cant go wrong.

Nice looking and functional unit. Purchased the roll cart and it's solid as well. However, after plugging unit into wall socket, it tripped a breaker at the fuse box. Noticed the burn type smell and did not try charging it again. Output seemed fine as I tested with a draw. Amazon stated "no return allowed" on this item" (paraphrase). Left a rather harsh review as could not seem to reach Pecron. However, to their credit, Pecron reached out to help resolve the issue. By most all accounts, these are very highly rated machines. It appears the CS at Pecron is also top tier. Things happen with electronics, but when a company stands by the product....it's a purchase risk reducer and I appreciate their response. Will work with them to resolve the issue. With the aforementioned reaching out by Pecron, I'm changing my review from one star, to four.

It's a good unit, but it can't be expanded by adding an extra unit. You can only use the battery unit.

Recently received this Power Station and have been trying it out. Everything arrived well packaged and undamaged. Components work well and have had good responsiveness from Pecron customer service. It is kind of slow with the messaging system but I do get answers. Customer Service Agent Kein most recently helped me figure out how to connect two panels to through the single solar charging port, tried it and it worked perfectly. In sunny conditions the unit charges well, even in the cold. I used it to run a space heater on high and low settings and the power station worked very well. Looking forward to more usage. I feel more prepared for the next power outage. Will probably purchase more products in the future.
