What an absolute beast for the money! Love the decent higher voltage solar hookups, love the 140/240v output (this monster will run everything I plugged into it in my house I tried.. washer, dryer, dishwasher) everything but my big house A/C and that might even go with soft start wired on it. App could use some polishing but is functional, lots of functionality in the menus you can configure which is actually refreshing how much you can from the unit itself without the app. I actually like that you configure the automations, charge limits, pv vs AC charge preference and other variables directly from the menu vs an app. It moves around pretty easily once you get it mounted on the included stand with wheels making it easy to move around in a reliable way . But... Be warned it's pretty heavy and for most people going to require two people (the unit is around 130lbs). It does include handles on both sides making it significantly easier to use for two people to lift it up. If your on the fence, hop off this is an absolute bang for the buck beast!

Compared to a gas generator, it is very quiet. The power lasted for the length of our trip which was 3 days. However, I ran the refrigerator on gas and did not run the air conditioners. If you run those, you get about a days worth of charge. I like the fact that it connects directly to my power supply cable without adapters for 30 amp.

Update the F5009 is not seeing the extra battery. It’s been 48 hours since I sent in a request and now have to wait over the weekend. Another thing it can’t process 6400 watts of solar. At 180 volts max that translates to 4200 watts misleading. I’m returning and going with a different system . To many issues to feel confortable with reliability and ability. Received the product in good working order. Trying to register for the app. At first an error that said iCloud.com domain didn’t exist. Yes I selected correct country. During registration you have to request 2FA code. At first internal error Saturday. Now this morning Sunday I had to request 4 codes and one finally worked. Got an account registered feedback in the app. Go to login my email doesn’t exist. Same email I used to register warranty. Not a good start I’m taking off 2 stars. I’ll update when my solar panels arrive.

It's got wheels (screws on the dolly). It's got 30 amp (for the RV). It's got 5kw of power. Everything looks great EXCEPT if you leave it unplugged/uncharged, it'll eat itself and when you DO need it, you got yourself a heavy brick on wheels. Bought this early, just after release and was excited to have something beefy but apparently being beefy also means it self consumes A LOT. Keep it plugged in, you're OK but if you leave it on the side, be ready for disappointment when you really need it.
