This peanut butter stirrer works but it is pretty messy and you can do the same thing with a spoon or butter knife. Not sure I’d re-purchase.. probably not.

Both my husband and I tried to use this, it never got to the combined point. I finally gave up and used what I normally do. What a waste of time and money. Did not work.

We always buy natural peanut butter, but I always dread having to stir it up. This works as described, but it still takes a while to get it all mixed. It’s much easier than using a spoon though. I’ve also used this to stir pesto after the oil separates on top. The key to this is to keep raising and lowering the stir stick. If you just put it in the jar and stir, it won’t do much. So keep lifting it up and stir, then lower it and stir, lift it up and stir, etc. This way it mixes much better. The best part of this is the mini spatula that’s included. It’s great for scraping off all the peanut butter after stirring it up, but it’s also handy for scraping the last bits of anything in jars. I’ve used it to get to the bottom of the peanut butter jar, the jelly, the mayo, and my pesto. For that reason, I give this 5 stars. But if you’re looking for a super quick method to mix up natural peanut butter, you might want to keep looking. My husband counted that it took him approximately 200 turns with this tool to get the peanut butter mixed to his standards. So I still think it’s better than a spoon, but it still takes a while to get it fully mixed. The 5 stars are mainly because of the included spatula and the cheap price tag.

Simple design, and does exactly what it's intended for. I've only needed to use the stirrer once since the peanut butter stays somewhat mixed after the initial mixing. Worked well, and easy to clean off with the tool included. I've actually used the small spatula alot, to help empty out containers (applesauce/salsa/pasta sauce, etc.). Definitely a nice little bonus that I hadn't intended, so overall pleased with this product.
