Works perfect with no lag on Xbox One S. I didn't have any compatibility issues at all. No stick drift so far. Feels like any other Xbox one controller so it doesn't take any getting used to. Seems decently durable quality for the price for sure. But only time will tell. Has a mic jack but doesn't have the spot for the controller keyboard unfortunately.
