All products may be applied in wet conditions, and are suitable for both interior and exterior projects.     • Great set--used some of each and they all were perfect.
I used this to repair a concrete fountain that had some bad damage from frost/thaw. It enabled me to essentialyl recast areas of and repair cracks as well. Easy to use and worked great.
