Our little old man was having some problems jumping down from high places, but as most cats do, he still loved climbing to get the best vantage point. Even though the sleep cubes are a little small for him, he'll still wedge himself inside for a quick nap. I find that it's tall enough to let him have his Lion King moment, but I don't have to worry about his joints when he decides to climb down. The way the cubes are placed act almost like a staircase so it's safer for him. The height is just about perfect for him to look out the window, too! The little scratcher at the bottom acts as an extra stabilizer piece so I'm not worried about it tipping over. We don't have it secured into the wall and it's very sturdy. It was quick to put together, too! Happy kitty and happy mom.

I got this multilayered cat tower for our new cat. She has crawled on it some and I can put some food on the top level that is hard for the dog to get at. Not impossible though. The box arrived with the main section like a body collapsed with no bones in it. Basically, the furry carpet is like a skin between sheets of wood, and then you insert these laura covered columns to hold everything up. The columns have holes that line up with pre drilled holes, and then you insert screws up through the bottom or down through the tops of each platform. The familiar allen wrench is what gets the job done and tight. It is not hard to do but takes some time to line up the holes. The cat and dog each go inside the cubby spaces. The “walls are just the fuzzy carpet, so nothing solid surrounding them. Just the pillars. On the exterior is a ramp and a couple of pillars with rope around them that the cat is supposed to scratch. I wish! Hasn’t worked yet. But at least they are interacting with it a bit while I work. I think it would be just a little better with some padding under the carpet, and if the screws on the top side of each platform weren’t visible. The animals don’t seem to mind. I got the medium gray color and it is nece looking and fits with our neutral decor

This is a fantastic cat tree. Not just made for the teeny tiny kitties! I have a 15lb very big boned cat and she fits in this cat tower perfectly. She isn't the type to hang out in small spaces so she doesn't hang out in those cubbies but she fits in them fine when she goes in after a toy or something and the top is her perch of choice. She loves this spot because it it PERFECT window height to watch her birdies and rule over her kingdom. She loves it and she loves having her own spot. And I love it because it is sturdy, attractive, easy to clean just a quick vacuum will do! It is big enough for her but doesn't take over my entire livingroom (which is pretty small btw, so that's important!! See pictures... I used a roll of paper towels for scale!). I took the ramp scratcher off because she doesn't use it and it just got in the way but it still seems plenty sturdy without it. I also discovered I can use an old pillow sham to put over the top of the tower when it's too hot for the fuzzy texture of the tower itself and makes it even easier to clean! Although the top of the tower is removable for cleaning anyway! It's also heavy enough not to move around when she gets up on it but light enough to move around easily when I need to vacuum the livingroom. I can't say enough good things about this cat tower. Buy it, you won't regret it. This thing is worth every penny! Only thing I will say is the instructions for assembly are a tad bit confusing but once you get the hang of it it's not bad at all. Only real issue we had with assembly was I wish which holes are which was more clearly marked because some are so close together that you think you found the right one but then you get further in assembling it to find it's crooked because you put something in not quite the right hole.... But once we realized that it was corrected and the rest went smoothly! I love this tower so much I tell everyone about it and my friend already got one for her cat and he loves it too! Awesome product!!!

This tree fits perfect in my living room near a window and my cats love it. I purchased this a few months back and my cats have put it to good use. They love the cubby and top area to lounge. They use the areas to scratch regularly. It’s sturdy. It won’t tip over when your cat jumps on the top level. I have a Maine Coon and she weighs 19lbs and a tabby that weighs 17lbs. They can safely jump on the tree without it tipping over and it is free standing. The cubby is large enough to fit my Maine Coon comfortably. The material is thick enough and hasn’t worn out yet. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. Definitely a good find and I’d purchase it again.
