Great packaging, really easy set up. These are really bright, hard to look at on the highest setting. Seems to be well made, surface prep is a must for good adhesion, as it is with any adhesive tape. Going to be buying more to light areas that regular lighting just isn't feasible.

I bought 3 sets of lights and followed the instructions to program each remote. I had no luck. They were all controlled by 1 remote. I emailed the seller and promptly received a reply giving more details about how to program the remotes. It worked! Impressed.

I love cooking but my kitchen is small with dark cupboards and gloomy worktops - I rent so I can’t do what I want and pull it all out - this was easy to place under the cupboards and when I plugged it in - oh my, the whole kitchen looks different, neater, cleaner, better. YAY!

The lights worked great for a few days then started to have issues with the lights coming on without the control being used. Did some basic troubleshooting and reached out to Pautix. Initially they were very quick responding but then went days with no response, kept resending email and am now going on a couple of weeks without getting any further in fixing the issues.

This LED strip has been very nice and worked well for me now for a while. It has very good brightness and provides nice lighting to the area/room I have it in. It was easy to install and use. The color is good and consistent.

This LED strip has some very good things going for it. Unfortunately, I find the supplied transformer marginal. I can't say it will fail, but with all I've learned about not over-stressing a transformer, I am concerned about this one. More on that follows. This strip, with its controller and transformer, arrived in a hard sided cardboard box, providing excellent protection. The strip was on a protective reel and the controller, RF sensor and PS were in separate sections. Overall, everything was/is in excellent condition. These 24 volt, COB strips are providing the best strip lighting I can find at this time. They are bright and the density of the elements makes them appear to be continuous lighting. My first shot shows this strip on the floor of a 17 x 14 dining room with a large opening into a decent sized entry hall. The ceilings are nine feet. Despite this volume this strip is lighting the room very well. Placed under the crown molding at the ceiling, they could very well provide the bulk of the light needed for most functions in the room. That's impressive. The remote works in accordance with the product description, with regard to intensity, fading, and timing. My concern about the power supply is that it's rated at 48 watts. My second photo shows the PS connected to a Kill-A-Watt. As you can see, it's drawing 51 watts at the brightest setting. That remained true for about an hour of testing. The PS got hot -- 135 degrees Fahrenheit. I could still touch it. The lights stayed bright. I realize that the 48 watt rating is probably for the draw on the DC side of the transformer. The product says the strip draws 44 watts. I'll believe that, given transformers lose some power to heat. Even so, the rule of thumb I'm aware of in selecting a transformer is to leave about 20% to 25% headroom. This transformer is running closer to 10%. Beware. I'll be powering this strip, along with others in parallel, with a 200 watt transformer. I'll abide by the 20% to 25% headroom conventional wisdom, to keep from stressing components in the 200 watt PS. I recommend you consider a different PS than the one provided, and that you definitely NOT add any more strips to this one without changing out the PS. To their credit the manufacturer has noted this also.
