I just started using this a few weeks ago and my skin is now in the best condition of my life. After a very steep price hike in my typical cleanser that I refused to pay, I decided to try something different. I stumbled upon Paula’s Choice brand and saw all the great reviews so gave it a try. I have acne-prone sensitive combination both oily and dry skin (with big pores) so it’s hard to find quality products that don’t trash my skin with acne, or make me oily or dry. This cleanser really does the job well. It does NOT strip your skin at all nor does it leave any coating or residue whatsoever. The cleanser itself has the best texture ever and you feel so clean afterwards. It’s a tad pricy but it’s worth it because a little bit goes a long way and it lathers up real nice. For example, a dime sized amount can clean my face, ears, neck, chest, and back. The bottle is also decently sized. My skin has always been very sensitive during seasonal changes when it comes to the weather. My skin recently has been incredibly dry, itchy, and very red/flushed in my cheeks. Any skin care products that ive tried in the past, that claims their for sensitve skin, has always made my skin burn around sensitive areas on my face like my nose for example. This cleanser however disdnt make skin tingle at all... I felt instant relief with in the first use! My skin feels super clean but I dont feel like dehydrates my skin after i use it. I paired it with the paul's choice moisturizer, which doesnt clog my pores, but still makes my skin feel very hyrdated and soft. So far Im really enjoying these products and would recommend it to those with really sensitve skin! ... show more

This is really really for sensitive skin. My skin is very sensitive. When I use foaming cleanser, it gets very red and irritated. But this cleanser left my skin clean while not irritating my skin. one very bit downside of the cleanser, no scent at all. i like aroma therapy idea of skin care products. ... show more

    • Needed a gentle cleaner for after micro needling
I got this for my after care after micro needling. I needed something gentle and free of anything irritating. This is great on my irritated skin. It doesn’t dry me out or burn and makes my skin feel soft after use. I don’t expect anything less from this great brand.

    • Very nice while it lasts
This cleanser is very soothing and leaves my skin feeling soft and ready for moisturizer. Highly recommend to combat dryness after face washing, which is the case for me with many face washes. My only gripe. For $20, it lasts me about 2 weeks max. Which is a lot!

It seemed to work well but I have sensitive skin and had some burning sensations. I think it is just my skin. It may be better suited for people with normal to dry skin.

I’ve tried so many expensive and dermatology tested cleansers that all turned my face bright red including PCA. This one is the best!
