Hard to review I'm no expert but I have used several different CEF formulas and this is as good as any if them. Skincueticals imo is overpriced + overhyped they all work the same except a few gave my face an orange tint (drunk elephant especially) and were all priced 80-150 range. The concentration in Paula's is as high or higher than ALL of them. I was worried as you usually get what you pay for but this stuff is excellent I can see my skin looks healthy and "alive" also no shine or sticky residue whatsoever. Absorbs quickly also. The product formulation is decent; while not as “rich” in texture as some competitors, it works fairly well. However, one thing that leaves room for improvement is the packaging. The top doesn’t screw in evently without effort, so you really have to pay attention not to leave it unopened, which would lead the product to oxidize. My grandmother taught me at a very young age to take care of my skin, and at 46 years old, it’s safe to say I’ve tried an array of products ranging from $ - $$$$. I have to say I am SO pleasantly surprised at how much I like the Paula’s Choice line. I’m currently using the Toner, Exfoliate, vitamin C serum, and the moisturizer (day & night). I love that they’ve included the diagram so you understand how to layer the products. I just hit a full 30 days on this system and I LOVE how my skin looks. They give me the perfect amount of glow without looking greasy and I have seen improvements to fine lines. I have a Peloton and I cycle at least 5 days a week. From the amount of sweat and constant wiping of my forehead with a towel, I was getting crazy ache (under the skin and normal pimples). Aside from seeing a dermatologist and trying a rx cream, once I started using this line of products, I’ve noticed those breakouts have diminished. I will definitely be purchasing again! ... show more

I love the smell of this product and how it’s really easily absorbed into my skin. I’ve added it to my morning routine before any of my moisturizer or sunscreen, and I think it’s really giving me a nice glow.

Purchased this about 5 months ago and had no problem with it. I just repurchased last month and this bottle is different and is burning my skin. I do not have sensitive skin and even when it’s on my hands it burns too.

Arrived within the due date with packaged well sealed. Expiry date is next year. After 3 weeks of application i noticed that my skin becomes smooth. I will surely buy again.

    • Arrived leaking; oxidized very quickly
This product arrived leaking into the packaging. It must have leaked quite a lot, because I've already used the whole bottle and it hasn't even been two months. Additionally, the product has changed color and has oxidized already, despite me keeping it in a dark cabinet. That said, I do think the product works - my skin does look brighter. But the seller doesn't ensure that the bottle is closed when they ship it and I am not sure about the quality of the product if it oxidizes that fast. ... show more
