    • Surprisingly works!
I saw this same style from honeylove for almost $100. Decided to come on Amazon and see if I could find something similar for less, and found this one. I am usually a medium (8) and ordered a large. It’s tight getting it on, but once you get it in place it really works and flattens everything out! My midsection isn’t really my problem area, it’s my lower belly or “mothers apron” from having two c-sections. All other shapewear I’ve tried starts to compress well above that area to flatten the tummy, but not that lower section. This one flattens the lower portion AND the upper portion. It goes all the way up to meet your bra and doesn’t cause any bulging. I haven’t actually worn it all day yet, but from what I could tell it was pretty comfortable. Pretty good shaper for the money.(less than $20) This shaper will not make your tummy completely flat, however it WON'T make your tummy look rounder than it is (what a lot of other body shapers do) It will hold you in and flatter your figure. Also it won't smash your butt flat either. Shaper didn't move throughout the night when I wore it to a holiday party. No sliding or rolling down. Do not size down, you will regret it. I ordered a 3x I wear a size 14 jeans for reference. The 3x fit perfect I probably could have went up a size really.     • Nice but shows lines too much
It’s as comfy as it could get but my only complaint is I didn't realize how much the design lines would show through a dress that is even somewhat tight. All the dresses I ordered this for I can’t wear with it anyways because you see the lines clear as day. Just wish the sew lines weren’t so thick.     • Only Good For Love Handles and Apron Stomach
I’ve bought two of these. I trusted the size chart on the first one but it was way too big. I then went to a smaller sizer sizer, thinking that would help. The boning is nice and it does eliminate love handles and muffin top from pants and skirts very well. I wasn’t crazy with how high up it went. I didn’t really need it all the way up to my bra, but I can live with that if it does everything else it should. It did absolutely nothing for smoothing out my stomach pooch. The criss-cross feature is way too low for that. There is no support across the stomach itself- only thin nylon mesh. I was pretty disappointed as that was where I needed the most help. I think this could be a good product if they put the criss-cross higher. My search is on for a better product to give me confidence while I try loosing the weight. ... show more

    • Sizing is important
Ladies - the size chart regarding this garment seems correct to the manufacturer. After I took my own measurement and followed the chart, I placed my order accordingly. Upon arrival, I tried the undergarment on and it slid up nice and easy giving a gentle tuck and support. BUT, I wanted firmer tuck so I returned it and ordered a size smaller. PERFECT, a more firmer feel and lots of tuck! You're going to need a bit more pull to get it in place, but once there, it's comfortable and I'm happy with the results. The stiff bones that are placed in the upper part to keep it from sliding down are small and do the job nicely. Overall, I'm very pleased. ... show more
