The product itself is great for detangling. Helps smooth out even the toughest knots, but the bottle sucks. The bottle doesn’t pump, so I have to pour it out in my hand. Definitely wish I got more product for the price, but it smells good and leaves the hair soft.

Detangles great in my 3c-4a hair. Has a pleasant smell and enough slip to detangle. I just wish we could have a super jumbo size because I have very thick hair. I would buy again.

I have long curly 3c hair and was looking for a product to smooth the detangling process. I had seen ads for this that show the product as slippery and silky but did not find that to be the case. I honestly didn't notice a difference in the detangling process and $28 was a hefty price to pay for a product that doesn't seem to deliver what it promises. Really disappointing.

This doesn't detangle a darn thing. I have high porosity, 4b/4c and high density hair. I recently had some braids and went through some serious matting, so I thought to myself let me grab that detangling nectar and let it work its magic... LOL girl please, this was a joke it literally didnt help the situation. So, I use Carol's daughter leave in conditioner and was able to save majority of my hair from the tangles and matting. I'm only trying to save yall time if it sounds like you have similar hair as mine.

If your hair is frizzy and coily like me this is perfect for detangling your hair. I also use it to refresh my hair w water when I am not ready to wash it out. I learned about this product from a family member w very coarse hair that uses it to manage their hair and I knew it would be great on my softer texture but easily tangled coils. To me the scent is non existent or neutral. With so many products out their with strong scents I’m surprised at do many people claiming this has a strong scent. I’m the kind of person that can smell spices and recreate foods just by scent. This has none
