I have had this patio furniture for a week now Absolutely love the look of the furniture. It perfectly suited my style. The table and furniture frames are sturdy. All pieces came with no damage with all the hardware I needed to put it together. I had no problem with assembly as most of it was pretty elementary though the instructions could be better. Even better, I got the delivery a few days earlier than what was expected. UNFORTUNATELY ~ They really need to change their description of the patio set. Outside of the spelling errors, here is what THEY SAY and what the REALITY IS. 1. THEY SAY: SOFT AND THCIK CUSHIONS: The patio conversation set comes with VERY VERY thick cushions for comfort and relaxation. REALITY IS: The fabric is quite rough and uncomfortable to sit on especially when wearing shorts, which in Tucson, AZ I do every day. It feels like a scratchy wool textured tweed and burlap mix. There is more cushion fabric than there is cushion. 2. THEY SAY: Loveseat with seat cushions thickness in 5.9". Rocking chairs with seat cushions thickness in 5.1". REALITY IS: When you sit down on the 4” cushion, it collapses down to 1” and you can feel the bar frame underneath. 3. THEY SAY: All of them are of super quality.with good resilience,soft and comfort ,no slide,no sunken after a long time use. REALITY IS: Because the cushions collapse down to about an inch, they retract all the way off the couch frame unto the support straps that don’t really give any support at all as they stretch and then sag. On day 1, I placed a dowel pin into 2 straps to help take up some of the slack. They are better it seems on the chairs but they don’t get used quite as often. 4. THEY SAY: ROCKING MOTION CHAIRS: Every single chairs has a rocking base. You can relax yourself with slightly and smooth rocking motion , REALITY IS: Speaking of the chairs, they are rockers that don’t really rock, or more accurately glide. When you first sit down they move but to keep up the “rocking” takes too much effort so basically it is mostly stationary. Maybe there is a way to loosen the tension for it to glide easier, but I haven’t checked. 5. This is not a big thing but just simple design flaw. All the cushions have straps with velcro to secure to the frame (Awesome), however the back cushions if you strap them down they way they are supposed to be they fall forward, so I flipped them upside down and secured them at the top of the frame, which is fine except the tag is now at the top and can be seen. Not a big deal as the tag can always be removed. I am not sure what to do, as I can always buy new cushions but they are so expensive in and of themselves. I can buy high density foam to add to the cushions to see if that helps the support but it does nothing for the fabric and I shouldn’t have to spend more to fix the crappy stuff I already paid for but the boxes are gone to ship back. I am not sure where it is made but my guess is China as the distributor is LanQing Trading so really I am not overly surprised just saddened. ... show more

My patio furniture came undamaged inside the boxes. My brother and my future brother-in-law put it together on a hot sweaty day. Better them than me! It took them about 2 hours to put together. I almost sent it back after reading about the seat straps instead of a solid seat. But I figured that I don't have company that much so I kept it. Once put together, one leg on each chair is shorter the than others. Not enough to bother sitting in it but you notice it just the same. Manufacturers should check this. I got the gray cushioned color to match my outdoor decor. Not bad. I read other reviews from others as to no ties to cushions but I got ties with mines. The back cushion ties are located on the bottom of cushion which is weird as to the back cushion will flop down and not stay up. So I put my back cushions, bottom up, to accommodate the ties. But it will not blow away in high winds. So taking the good with the bad. The 3 seater is large and spacey, so are the chairs. Not a bad set for the price. Would I recommend? I am on the fence with this one. I will have to come back again after using it awhile to give more opinions as to the hardiness of this set. ... show more

I ordered the set for a party, and it did not arrive on time .Four chairs came and nothing else. Several days later the couches and tables came. One box had been repackaged, and the back of the couch was dented. One of the brackets that holds the back onto the couch arm was bent, so it could not be assembled properly. ... show more

Easy to put together, you’re given all the screws, bolts and tools needed to put this set together no searching in the tool box for anything. The directions were simple and clear. The individual pieces of furniture are pretty light and easy to move around. The metal color is a dark grey, I thought it might have been black looking at Amazons photos. I like that this set holds more weight than most outdoor sets, most top out at 230lbs but this one is 350lbs. I plan to use furniture covers to help keep cushions nicer longer. ... show more

Great looking set and most likely will hold up well however cushions way to soft flat after a few weeks will have to replace this season ..should add foam inserts can feel the frame and replacement cushions are costly addt 2-300 bucks at home depot and i do know you get what you pay for

Our patio set has been through a summer of heat and rain and is holding up well. We have a pergola style structure so the furniture is exposed to the elements. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the cushion stuffing is soft and not as comfortable as better quality cushions. Otherwise, we are very happy with the appearance and overall quality of the patio set. Definitely a good buy for the price. ... show more

Was pretty easy to put together, though the bolts for the long screws didn’t fully go on, we’ll be replacing them with the right sized bolts. The cushions are very comfortable and the furniture itself is very sturdy
