So far so good I just put it together and hung it on the frame today. I like it a lot and it looks like it will last a long time but we will see. Good chain and good bar to hold hammock out straight on the ends. Easy to assemble after watching the video.

Update after 1 summer: I still think this is a nice hammock, however after one summer of having it there appears to be mildew/dirt all over it. I just tried power washing it and it helped a little, however I wasn’t able to get it back to “like new”condition. Not sure if this would be a good choice for someone who lives in a highly humid area. There isn’t any reason it couldn’t have dried naturally with where it was in our yard, so that’s a little disappointing. Maybe not a long term option. Love the material of this hammock. Will definitely dry quickly and seems like it will wear well. I didn’t have any issues with the ropes being broken upon arrival but they are a cotton material rather than nylon so not sure how they will hold up but I’m not overly concerned given the price point of the hammock. So far so good. I can’t speak to longevity since I’ve only had it a week but I’m happy so far! Will definitely store indoors during winter to eliminate additional wear and tear from the elements. ... show more

    • Love the hammock, but only used a few times before fabric holding the bar came undone

This hammock is so comfortable and the fabric is great quality. I had to take 2 stars off though because the sealed end holding the bar came undone after only a few uses and now the bar won’t stay in the hammock.

This hammock is more than what I wanted. The quality is great. I am in love with the color. It is also very comfortable and it can fit two people. I don't leave it outside when is raining so I couldn’t tell you if it is water resistant or not.
