Good hammock, bamboo pieces are curved which was different and looked strange at first but once you’ve used it for a while it makes sense and fits the shape of the hammock. We have left this outside in the hot Oklahoma summer, its been rained on and bashed around in the wind and is still holding up well. UPDATED REVIEW:: After three months the material on the backside of the hammock around all the metal rings for the strings started coming apart. You can see in the six photos I uploaded how the material came apart. Since my return window passed during the COVID-19 quarantine, I reached out to the seller asking for the return window to be extended. They offered to replace the hammock but I turned them down because if this one only lasted three months then the replacement will likely only last three months and didn’t want to take that risk. At that time they offered me a 50% refund or replacement. I reached out to Amazon and explained the situation so Amazon extended my return window, allowing me to return the damaged hammock for a refund. For $65.00 I would expect it to last much longer than three months. *In the listing the seller has “Reliable customer service: Every purchase is backed with a 100% Satisfaction. PATIO WATCHER offers THE BEST VALUE. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, just let us know and we'll fix it. We are here to make sure that you are satisfied.” - Apparently that 100% satisfaction only covers you getting a replacement of possibly another defective/low quality product OR a partial refund. Original review: I probably should have measured before buying because it’s larger than the once I replaced so my stand is not quite large enough to fully stretch this hammock out. The material is very nicely woven, it’s wide enough for two adults to lounge on without being cramped. Storage is easy thanks to the way they allow the hammock ends to split in two with the push of a button. The rope has already started to stretch and deteriorate after just a few months. The rope quality could be improved but overall this is a great hammock.

ASSEMBLY -- it's great that the wood frame bars can be disassembled for easy storage. STURDY -- So far after 2 months of use, the hammock has held up fine. The wood used for the frame is durable and warp free. COMFORT -- The fabric part of the hammock is very sturdy because it's made of a woven plastic rather than natural fibers. However, because of this plasticy material, it's kind of slippery, which makes it a little hard to adjust yourself in the hammock. Meaning, if you want to scoot your bum up or down, it's somewhat difficult to get traction because the surface is so slick. HOWEVER, this also makes the hammock easier to clean, I suppose, so there's that.

Day one, I'll try to remember an update. Father's day gift to my husband who is 6' he fits fine. I think we can both lie here comfortably, haven't tried it yet. This was a selfish purchase, I've been on it far longer than him, currently writing this from the hammock and the dogs want up too. The breathable fabric is great I can feel the breeze on my backside eliminating worry of SWASS on my hammock. Super easy to assemble, a monkey could figure it out. Comes in a carry case, does not come with the carabiners to attach to stand (we already had them). Color is brilliant. Love it so far!

What I like, giving it one star to cover that as per description it was actually red and white, and it did have the curved bamboo spreader as advertised. Then it went down hill from there. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT 14 ft long. It is only just a little over 10’, consequently when I attempted to connect it to my 14ft frame that I have had for years, I was ALMOST 4 FEET TO SHORT! Also important to note, the fabric is NOT QUILTED, IT IS WOVEN! The fabric portion was only 76” long and I really cannot believe the attached rope will support 450lb for very long. I am returning this for a full refund and disappointed it the deceitful advertising techniques of this company.

Absolutely awesome hammock. I love it ! Bought 2 eight foot posts and sunk them 3 feet in and cemented them in. The following week which was Tuesday my hammock came . I carefully measured and had bought good eye hooks to get it hung properly. Very good quality and when it rains it sets quickly. I highly recommend !

Very well made! Dries fast! People stop complaining that the wood part starts to look bad. It’s not going to look the same as when you got it once you leave it in the rain all the time. We used ours all summer and it still looks nice, but on super wet and stormy days I would hang it up in my garage. It has been tossed around and twisted in the wind and still held up nicely. Color didn’t fade and it dries quickly. You will love this! My SIL has one too and has had no problems. Get one!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hammock. I almost spent over triple the price on the famous Carolina brand until I came across this one. I spent about 3 hours in it with my 5 year old the first evening I put it up.
