This power rack is sturdy and was easy to esemble. It is also easily adjustable to the width you need, although a tall or large person may find the widest setting to close. The bench bars are a little thin, but work fine.

Overall I'm really happy with the adjustable squat rack. I got this for my small apartment. It has a larger footprint than some of the other small racks that I looked at, but it feels really solid and stable. The safety bars are also longer than on the other racks I was looking at. It collapses down pretty small if you need it to, too. I'm not a huge lifter and don't really go over 135 lbs on my best days, and this rack is perfect for me. Big guys pushing a lot of weight might have a different experience. I'm 5'11" and the barbell height is good for me for squats. Build and packaging seem great to me. I was expecting something cheap but was pleasantly surprised to see top-tier packaging and a good instruction manual. The shipping box was heavy duty and arrived with barely a scratch on it. The quality of the parts seems high, too. Good welds. Perfect paint. It came with two wrenches for assembly but I would recommend a ratcheting socket wrench, which is what I used. They say something like 20 minute assembly but it took me almost an hour just to unpack everything and get it all laid out. Then a couple of hours to get it assembled, but to be fair, I was moving slowly, watching TV and making food and stuff at the same time.

I just finished putting this together. It was fairly simple. I love the free ratcheting wrench included. It made tightening bolts fast and fun. Also, the video in the Amazon product pics was helpful. I bought this unit because it fits right in the nook by my stairs. It's a perfect fit. I also looked at how heavy various units were in the $80-$150 price range. This was the heaviest one I found. It's ~ 69 lbs. It looks really good and functions very well for me. I already tried hangs, pull-ups, pushups and leg raises and had no issues. I also attached an exercise band and did some chest and shoulder exercises. The unit didn't budge at all. The rubber feet have a good grip to them that prevents sliding. I think this will be everything I need since I'm using exercise bands in lieu of my regular cable exercises. I can do one arm chest flies and other variations with no issue. I also have a heavy bag that I will lean against this to punch and kick on. I wanted to hang it, but I'm not certain that the top bar would support it that well. There's just not enough clearance with the arms and back pad anyway. I think it will be fine to lean it against the unit and beat on it that way. I might even use a ratchet strap to hold it in place. Anyway, I'm thrilled with this and for $105 it will easily replace my planet fatness membership. I'll update if there are any unforeseen issues.

When buying anything I need to assemble, I'm always worried the directions will be garbage. Not so for this product. Everything is labeled and a ratchet-wrench is included along with a sturdy Allen wrench. I was doing fine until I got the the point of inserting the arm rest pieces into the rest of the frame. I tightened the bolts too much and distorted the metal from being perfectly square where the arm rests are supposed to slide in. Fortunately my spouse will be able to loosen the bolts but save yourself the aggravation and avoid over-tightening them. I'm giving this four stars because I haven't used this equipment yet due to the aforementioned issue, which is on me.

I bought it for the price. Also because it has a back. The assembly was ok, manageable and got it up and going. I think I might have tightened mine too much but it has a slight dip thing it does. I saw it in the reviews previously that it tilts and it's fine. The real reason I bought it was because there was a video of it and a guy using it but it doesn't tilt or fall backwards and that's what's the hardest part about finding one of these online when you can't preview in person. believe it or not once you have 1 assembled and it tilts backwards when you do a pull up some of these are out there on Amazon but this one doesn't do it and so happy I didn't have to repackage it back up. The bar does get in the way so you'd have to have it off or up high but it's not any deal breaker to me.

I researched all similar products for under $200. This product is the heaviest. It's very sturdy and easy to install. Doing pushups facing the back can cause you to hit the backboard, but it is not an issue if you face the front, as your back and hip are safe to hit. The exercise effects of facing the front and back are the same, so you don't have to do pushups while facing the back. The unit's width is 27", and the frame bars' width is 2". So, the space between the two bars is 23". The product graph shows a width of 19" at the top and 20" in the middle. That refers to the length of the foam cover at the top and the space between the two elbow cushions. Those two numbers are unimportant and can be considered misleading. Overall, this is a nice and quality product.

Came with one of the knobs to adjust the height of the pull up bar shattered. It is still usable but my previous review got denied for no reason. Had a video talking about it in detail and what i am putting here. It was also a pain to put together. Some parts were bent weird and had to be forced to sit where i needed them to get it to go together. Some welds are not full welds leaving gaps in seams that could lead to problems down the line. It is a nice piece of gym equipment but the packing could be better.
