Leak proof and sturdy plastic, but these aren't as big as you think. If you have a lot you want to put in these, you may want larger ones. These fit one box of lasagne (but I had 2) and of a 4pk of spaghetti, it fit 3 (in the plastic bags, not in the box). It might have fit all 4 had we emptied them out, but I don't want to have to measure it out later. ... show more
