This cologne starts of with a hint of spice, and dries down to a really nice combination of vanilla, lavender, and musk notes. It exudes class and sophisitication. It lasts 6-8 hrs., and even after that you can still smell it on your skin. Give a good spray on each of your pulse points and you'll smell good much of the day, and it is not too strong but you'll be able to smell it on yourself and you'll be pleased with it the whole time. It is excellent for any occasion or time of day. I tested this cologne against others in my collection by using this on one side of my body's pulse points and the other ones on the opposite side, and smelled each periodically through the day. And I have worn this for around a month already before this review. And though I do prefer the other scent over this one, Passion outlasted it by a few hours. I can still smell it on my skin 8hrs. later, and after working too, while the other scent has faded off. Overall, I would not give it quite as much hype as some folks did, but it really is a great choice that you can't go wrong with. It deserves to be up there with the best. Top tier scent performance without the hefty price. Another very good value with a powerful bang for your buck. The bottle has a very dark color, and is opaque. So the aesthetic is dulled a bit i.m.o. But the 'V' pattern it has is unique. I think it would be more aesthetically pleasing if it were a bit more translucent. The reason I only gave this 4 stars was the vaporiser. It does not perform the best, I had some difficulty getting the right spray volume I was trying for. It only likes to do full sprays. It doesn't do gentle spritzing well. Feels cheap. But other than that, great purchase!

I love it. My husband isn't allowed to buy his own fragrances. My allergies/asthma are extra sensitive to different smells. I have to buy his cologne and hope he likes it. I haven't bought one that he doesn't like. I loved the longevity. You will not be disappointed.

Had a little shipping hiccup, but we got it sorted out. Good fragrance for the money. Ive had it before and its still consistent. This is one i recommend macerating by spraying ten or twenty times and letting sit a month or two to get its full potential. Good classic fragrance, more of a 40+ yr olds fragrance but very dark and elegant nonetheless. If you like burberry or drakkar this is blind buy safe.
