    • Great idea for adding LED lighting . . .
The PASAMIC 20 Pack Solar Ground Lights are a great idea! The following is why I love them. We recently added more lighting to the back yard, with traditional solar LED lights on stakes. The lights usually work okay. However, one night they became a dangerous problem. At a time when the lights should have worked well, our German Shepard went outside. Unfortunately, The lighting was new, and our dog was not used to avoiding them. Because the posts are black, she ran into one of the lights, and cut her eye, and it got infected. Yikes! We caught it quickly enough, so she is okay. But, we had no choice but to remove all of the posts, so the yard was back to blah. :*(~ Dang! When I saw the PASAMIC ground lights, I thought, "Wow". Those are a perfect way to eliminate the danger, and still have the benefit of LED lights. And, wow is right! These babies are nothing less than great. Th go into the ground, so that the lights are flush with the ground. As a result, they pose no danger to animals or children. Shew! The lights feature 8 very bright LED lights. Furthermore, they take only seconds to snap together, turn on, and plant. And, during the day, you would never know they are there. Good idea! At night, they provide ample light. Again, what a great idea. Invisible lights. Moreover, the manufacturer includes 20 lights in the package. Another well planned feature is that a lawn mower will easily slide over them, while still cutting the grass. So, there is no need to weed eat around posts, and there is no need to avoid the area where they are planted. The top is a smooth as a babies tush (absent the messy issue). :*) That's a plus for the yard man. I protects his equipment. So, I'm sure he will be pleased. In my opinion, these lights are revolutionary in design! Everyone looking for extra lighting in the yard, or to highlight a walkway is a candidate for these puppies. And, most importantly, we have peace of mind, knowing there is no possibility that our four legged friend will hurt herself. That's awesome. I think these are great, and highly recommend them to all.     • Really cool looking lights, not really able to put to the test yet
I ordered these lights through the Vine program, and I'm very excited to give them a try, but I won't be able to accurately rate them for some time yet. They seem simple, they seem to work in limited testing, and they look really cool and very low profile, buuuuuuuuut....... it's winter in my part of the country. Which means these can't go in the ground or get the full stress test for at least a couple months or so. I can say that the assembly is easy, as there are 2 plastic V-shaped pieces that slot together with 4 little nubs to fit in an X pattern on the back of the light but that form a stake to put into the ground (when it isn't frozen solid). And there is a small on-off switch to enable these. That's pretty much all there is to it. I've left one out where it could get a bit of light and it seems to turn off and on just fine (though in doors there was still enough lighting around that I can't say exactly how bright they get). And as mentioned they are very low profile, so I don't believe they will be a problem for a mower, but the durability/light life/and run-over-ness of them are something I won't be able to attest to yet, but hope to update when I can. Assuming these work, they look really nice and you get plenty and will be perfect for lighting paths or any little area you may want to have some extra visibility. You might even be able to make some fun designs if so inclined (especially if you like to think outside the box and want to use different mounting than being put in the lawn. Or if you want to get overhead pics, like maybe from a drone, or if you have some inclines in the land). ... show more

Easy to assemble, Smaller than I expected but works for intended purposes. I have desert dirt and gravel so was unsure if they were going to work but so far so good. If you have grass, I'm sure placement will be even sturdier as the material used to insert into ground is plastic. Lights in picture looks blue but they are white. I ordered two boxes for my project. Only one thing I disliked, the metal ring around light falls off easily but I really haven't had issues and it did continue to work even after it has been raining. These 20Pk Solar Ground Lights are a great addition to my flower beds in my front yard. They were smaller than I expected because of the ones I have in my backyard that I purchased elsewhere but that is my fault for not checking the size. However, I really like the smaller(2.5" x 2.8") size, adds just enough light to enhance the border around the flower beds. The plastic stakes are very easy to install on the bottom of the lights and then you simply just push them in the ground or mulch. It is great that they are wireless so you are not restricted where you want to put them or however far apart you want them. Also that they are all weather and waterproof which means less worrying about how the climate conditions will effect them. They are nicely made and seem to be great quality so I feel they are worth their value. Highly recommend. ... show more

Ordered for walkway that lies in full sun all day, lights were easy to install with a decent size but after 2 days of use almost all were very dim at night and on the 3rd night only one was showing any signs of life. We double checked to make sure they were on, solar cell was unblocked and placement was correct for exposure - all checked out. These lights are being used in the Pacific Northwest were we are low light and very little UV in winter, i am guess these just need more light that what is available in our environment to operate successfully ... show more
