[Update: 2023-03-06] I don't know why but all of the sudden it powers off on its own when I put the switch to sleep now. It didn't before but it does now and all that's changed is that switch update a week ago. I only found out because I forgot to cut the power to it after I used it yesterday. ----------------------------------------------------------------- My main issue is that I cant use my dust cover because the cable sticks up too high. Aside from that, the device waking the console if you don't unplug it is inconvenient and a power switch of some kind would of been nice. I ran the power to a sabrent usb hub with switches that I already had. The extra card storage is a bit of a problem as well. You can't really get a grip on either card to remove it if you eject the card before you pull the extra card out and having big hands, I have some trouble getting the extra card out unless the load slot is empty. I'd recommend just not using the four storage slots in the end. I'm guessing that a lot of the people who are buying these are like me and already have one if not several card wallets for switch games anyway. Honestly I'd rather have a version that could be laid flat in front of the switch rather than mounted to the dock. Maybe someday.

I purchase this item about a year ago because I was tired of getting up and switching game cards on the console every time my kid got bored with the one he was playing. I looked for something like this everywhere and couldn't find it. Finally, I came across this one on Amazon. I decided to give it a try. BOOM - it worked!!! I'm able to put 4 games and switch them from the screen menu! All I had to do was close the current game and select the new one. That easy. I'm looking for an expanded version so that we can insert more games. Oh, btw, I was also able to attach a multi game controller charger on the side without having to search for additional plugs.

This thing is great but have a hard time Loading bigger games especially if multiple cards are in the device. If it’s just one or two cards it works better? Not sure why. But sometimes loading LM3 gives errors when other cards are inserted to device. Other than that this is a great device

Works as anticipated, love not having to switch out game cards. I also found a fix for the device not powering off fully while in sleep mode. Turn off the option to maintain internet connection while in sleep mode on the switch settings. The device will power off as it should when you put the switch to sleep. Hope that helps! Update: Got the Switch 2 surprisingly still works, had to rig it up a bit as the dock wont support holding it. And no workaround for the sleep mode, need to externally power it to turn off. But all switch 1 games will work, tried cyberpunk for switch 2….no go…but switch games1 games still work!

It was easy enough to hook up but once i plug in the power cord the light turns whire for teo seconds and cuts off and wont come back on unless i unplug and plug back in! I even tried using an external usb plug and had the same result. Can anyone help me cuz its now past my return date so im stuck with it??

This game switcher was a great innovation for us. We’re constantly switching between 3-4 games and the switcher and remote makes it very easy. A tip for all users: plug the power into an external source, NOT the switch and you won’t have any issues with it waking from sleep. We used a spare phone charger (USB-C). Finally, after a year we lost our remote (it’s small and blends in so be careful!) after contacting the company they replaced the whole system for free! Very happy and satisfied with our experience.
