The media could not be loaded. I had originally got a defective holder but after talking to the seller, was immediately shipped a new, beautifully working paper towel holder. The holder is metal, so there's a nice with to it, and you have the option of installing it via nails or a very strong sticker. The tension is strong, but not too during so that the whole roll doesn't unravel but still spins for a singular tear I will be gifting this to my friend that is moving out so the video is makeshift as if I stuck it into the fridge

I have to say that is sturdy and I can rip a towel without using both hands, but the roll does not roll that easy for next use and every time the towel comes out of the roll in either side of the holder. Another issue I encountered is when inserting a new paper towel roll the cardboard roll comes out. Not sure if this has happened to other people.

brilliant piece of engineering, works so much better than any I have used before. Esy to get rolls off and on, and tear off one sheet instead of 2 or 3, or to have the whole roll come off as other may do.

LOVE this paper towel holder! I bought it in 02/2024 and its held strong this entire time. The customer service is wonderful. I messaged them the other night about something and they immediately got back to me asking for my address to replace this one. Regardless of what happened and why I contacted them, the fact that this lasted as long as it did, I'm throughly impressed and recommend them very much! It was more of a preference thing than anything wrong with the unit itself, just to clarify. If you have paper towels in your home, you need this.

Very happy I finally thought to get one of these! This is perfect! No drilling or anything, adhesive is great. I havent had any issues since I put it up. Now my paper towels are off the counter, giving me more counter space. I love that i can just grab & rip a piece without the whole roll rolling out. It looks great (so much better than the pole on the counter), was easy to put up, stays in place without issue (again, adhesive is great!), & space saving! I definitely recommend!!
