The product is great overall the size of the case is slightly bigger than a golfball easy to carry and compact. The earpiece fits snuggly in my ear and quite comfortable. Its noise canceling is ok. You can hear some outside noise when worn snuggly but at a diminished volume. The buttons are quite responsive. I have trouble doing the multiclicks but I think with a little practice I should get the knack of it. Overall it's great sound for earbuds but the mic kinda sounds muffled according to some of the calls I made. Bluetooth connection was quick. Case charges holds the charge and has indicator lights in the front. When fully charged it shuts off. The eyes glow when charging and flickers if the buds isn't quite situated. There is a small red indicator on the bottom to show it's charging but difficult to see. Came with a charge cable type c and different earpiece sizes. Other than that the instructions were in english and pretty understandable for being a chinese product. A few other annoyance is the volume control it always increases in volume but I haven't found a way to decrease it using the ear piece. Since it's round it sits fairly level on flat surfaces but it does unbalance when opened. It is weighted so it wobbles like a punching bag but has a potential of rolling off. ... show more

Update: After going through support, I’ve been given a new set that functions and works better then I expected. Sound quality is great compared to other earbuds and lasts a good long workday. Been recommending some to friends. Support was quick to remedy the issue. So I got these today and was accident to open them. The charging set was smaller then I expected but that was fine. I opened them up to find that their charging ports had little tags on them to not touch the charging part and pulled them off and set them to charge. Later, I'm saddened to find that one of the ear buds is just dead right outside the box with the case itself having a full box of charge. I've looked online and noticed that some people get nicer looking boxes and others get compact looking boxes for this product and the box itself can vary between customers. What's going on, did I get a refurbished product fixed and sent out only to be dead again? ... show more
