As soon as I received the computer I plugged it in and power it on. Just to find out I cant connect to the wifi because the Airplane Mode is ON and it wont allow me to turn it off. I called customer service tech support right away and the lady that answer the phone was very rude and hung up on me. What a bad experience so far. ... show more

Edited Review: After testing the laptop for a couple days I decided to edit my review from a one star to a three star. The laptop performs well in retrospect to speed and software. It boots quickly and is ready to use immediately. I do stand by my earlier statement in regards to the plastic replacement of the aluminum magnesium and the stylus. However for the price it is an overall good purchase. Original Review: This item is not as advertised. The CF-19 has a magnesium alloy casing, this however has a cheap plastic casing. The stylus provided does not fit into the slot for it as the stylus is oversized. Touch screen seems to respond well. I am extremely displeased with this laptop. Was delivered quickly. Expedited shipping was impressive even when going to the other side of the globe. The product came in good condition. Stylus was a bit loose but overall I'm very happy with this little tank of a laptop.

Overall, a fast processor and durable, but the quality of refurbishment was poor. Zero key failed after a month and was offered to replace keyboard replacement to fox me. Not happy with that type of action from a company that should check equipment or offer to fix/replace the bad part themself, not me. ... show more

    • came with no instructions. It was a struggle to open and the screen was about the size of my iPAD.
I can not really review the product as I was never able to turn it on. It would be great for someone more versed in using laptops. I was very impressed with the housing, I was indeed tuff.
