Panasonic ER-GP82 Improved X-taper Blade 2.0: Now with even longer service life. With a cutting power of 62000 hairs per second, the ER-GP82 is the most powerful Panasonic hair trimmer. The improved X-taper Blade 2.0 cutting blade now lasts even longer. The carbon fiber and titanium coated X-taper blade with 45° cutting angle allows a razor sharp, super-thorough cut in dry as in wet hair, with fine contours or complete machine hair cuts. New: The results are less friction, less heat build-up, less wear and tear. The slim, ergonomic design with 7.5% weight reduction compared to the ER-1611 and soft, rubbished surfaces ensure maximum comfort. The ER-1611 is also outperformed in terms of cutting performance: ER-GP82 cuts 17% more hair / second. A powerful lithium- ion battery almost completely prevents the gradual loss of performance when charging the battery frequently (= memory effect). With the rotary control for cutting length adjustment, the cutting length can be adjusted in 5 steps from 0.8 mm to 2.0 mm – very comfortable during cutting (one-handed operation). Constant Control ensures consistent cutting performance regardless of hair density. With conventional hair trimmers, the speed of the clippers falls with increasing hair density and the cutting performance decreases. With the ER- GP82, the speed of the cutting blade remains unchanged for a precise result in every hair.
