My first complaint is the shipping. It was 3 days late and when I looked at the tracking it said it went back and forth from TX to TN 3 times. It had it leaving the TN facility 5 times. It shipped through USPS, which I think was not the best option. My mail carrier had a hard time getting it in and out of her vehicle. The instructions are easy enough to follow. I put the whole thing together in about an hour. I did, however, break off 3 screw heads using a manual screwdriver. I definitely recommend getting your own screws for the legs. Two of the ones that broke were on the same side of one leg. My husband had to drill an angled hole right next to the part of the screw that was still in there and put a different screw just to make sure the leg didn't buckle. The product itself looks great. It is not as sturdy with my 65" TV as I expected after reading a lot of reviews. It actually wobbles a little bit. But, again, it does look great and I think that if I can manage to keep my cats from playing behind the TV everything will be okay.

Extremely well made, take your time building. Does chip when screwing on connecting nubs but covers up when assembled. Really happy, great value, sturdy build, and every bit of hardware had one extra piece incase. Extremely happy.

Still trying to put this together after 2 hours, because when you reach step 10, they made it so you have to position it one way. They should have made it interchangeable, with the surface on top, because if you flip it around, you need to start the entire process again, while destroying your furniture in the process. The experience was ruined for me as I had to take it apart watching my brand new tv stand crack and crumble at the bits. Engineering on this should fix this in the future, to find a way, if a mess up happens, that it does not destroy the furniture in the process.
