This desk is smaller than I expected, but it works well for kids. My 7-year-old can comfortably sit and use it for coloring, drawing, and schoolwork, but it would likely feel too small for an adult to use as a primary desk. The frame is solid metal and feels sturdy once assembled. It also includes two fabric drawers that run the full depth of the desk. These are great for storing papers, folders, and lightweight supplies like markers or coloring materials. Since they are fabric, they’re best suited for lighter items rather than anything heavy. The desktop measures approximately 16" top to bottom legnth, 32” wide, and the entire desk (with legs) stands about 31” tall from the floor. It fits a standard desk chair underneath without any issues. Assembly was quick and straightforward. Bought this desk for my 45" tall 5yr old. I felt like she'd outgrow a kids desk to quickly. She needed a place to do her hair, makeup (yes she does her makeup), nails, and eventually homework. I was worried it would be too tall, but it works well for her and luckily I found a chair that fits well and matches the exact shade of pink! It was very quick to assemble and did it worth minimal assistance from her (she held one side while I got the base together. Maybe took me 30 mins tops, due to cat interruptions. I'll hopefully be able to upload additional pictures once I get the rest of her setup completed... but this it for now.
