Great looking greenhouse for the money. Looks like glass. Got the 12ft size. With a second person helping with the roof, assembly took about 10-11 hours total. Assembly instructions are good, there are a few steps which could be more detailed but mostly very easy to understand and assemble. So far have seen 40+ mph winds with some minor rattling of plastic panels. Will see how it holds to major storms and snow. Great product for the price, and hoping to keep it maintained so it lasts longer than the 5yr warranty. ... show more

We have the 10’x12’ model. Overall I would say that I’m pleased with the purchase, but here are some things to consider: - cost: paid $3000, it’s pretty expensive for the materials provided, but we were willing to pay for the aesthetic which is nice. Looks good in person. - materials: the plastic is mostly pretty thin except for the roof, it does let a lot of light in and the views inside are really beautiful. - assembly: the assembly was really easy for 75%, but the roof is an absolute monster. Had to cut some of the roof pieces that wouldn’t fit, the plastic end caps near the gutters are the worst designed pieces and make that pet a nightmare. Be patient. - customer service: non existent. I called Palram during business hours three times, left messages, no response. ... show more

Perfect for my gardening needs, fairly easy to assemble, 2 people helps, placed it in a shady area (I raise butterflies) protected from wind. We did not anchor it down to the concrete.
