Pros: it's great that it's a single unit sprayer, just fill the cup with diluted and properly strained paint, and go. Those points about dilution and straining are critical- it will sputter otherwise and really affect the quality of the coat. If you've never used a sprayer before, get ready for a great discovery that will have you wondering why you spent hours doing what this does in minutes. Cons: I didn't find it easy to clean, at least thoroughly. Putting water in it and spraying it into a sink wasn't enough, i left a lot of paint on the inside that would probably clog it eventually if not cleaned out. Maybe I'm missing something on that. Wagner's vacuum sprayer (what I also own) gives a superior coat with less effort and cleans easier, drawback is you have a sprayer and vacuum house to drag around opposed to this single unit device. It's also loud, but probably any sprayer will be, use hearing protection.

With renovations and fixing things from storm damage, we were looking for a painting solution and this paint sprayer popped up. At a pretty good price, this VECTECH paint sprayer came in a relatively simple box, not much frills in packaging but it does come with an assortment of spray and nozzle sizes, a pair of vinyl gloves (nice), cleaning brush, and of course, the paint sprayer and paint canister. The sprayer itself does feel a little on the flimsier side, cheaper materials being used and all, but it holds up okay. Set up is quick and easy, you thin out your paint a bit with a dilution of water, fill the tank, and you're off to the races. Spray coverage is adequate, it's not insanely powerful and coverage will take a couple of passes but it does the job well enough. The grip and weight balance feels good, even with a full container of paint, and the cord is in a good position so it doesn't get in the way much at all. We've only used it to repaint a few sills and frames, haven't tried to re-lacquer or varnish anything as the item description suggests but it looks like it would handle those jobs adequately as well. Clean up wasn't quite so smooth, a few hiccups with getting every bit scrubbed off nicely, the cleaning brush is 'okay' and nothing to really write home about. It's alright, definitely within the range of what you're paying for, but it didn't seem to go as smoothly as the description lead me to believe. You're not getting a $500 paint spray set up for $25, so don't expect that going in. It takes some fidgeting and adjusting (and then cleaning) but for the price you pay I think it's pretty darn good. I'm not gonna use this to repaint the stairs or anything but some framework and shelf tops? Sure does the job well enough. Happy overall and can give this a good recommendation.

I picked this up and when it arrived the box was very non-descript. Which is fine but the product inside feels a bit...cheap? It appears to be swedish maybe as it doesnt have english instructions however the overall feel of this device is hollow plastics and micro switches for the trigger. It does include a lot of items however like filters and nozzles but the cable is sorta short for what it is intended to be used for so keep that in mind. The overall feel is just ok. The spraying pattern is adequate for simple jobs. For instance i used it to paint some patches i cleaned up on my dry wall as a tester and it did an ok job but i wouldnt use this to paint a car door or something that is exposed to others in the name of quality/condition. Then again maybe im simply not skilled enough to do it justice. The one real thing here is the price in that for what you get and you need to do something on the cheap and in a pinch, this does that for sure.

I have been really happy with the performance of this inexpensive HVLP Paint Spray Gun. I have used it for a number of projects around the house this summer, from painting a bedroom to updating our outside furniture. It has worked great each time. I have made sure to use the recommendations for types of paints to use effectively with this unit, and have made sure to clean it after each use. It's easy to clean, it is easy to use, and it's become quite the go-to for me. There are a number of different nozzle options to really maximize the unit for almost any use you may have. I also like that this is a powered unit, so I don't have to drag out my air compressor, and with a generous 9.8ft cord, with the appropriate length extension I can use this spray practically anywhere quickly. I appreciate a versatile tool that helps me accomplish tasks efficiently.

For the price, this paint sprayer works decently and can definitely get a small project done faster than using a brush or roller. That is my reasoning for 4 stars - not that its 4 star quality, but because of what you can do for the cost. The different spray patterns, nozzle sizes, and adjustable flow give you enough flexibility for basic DIY jobs. That said, you get what you pay for.
