I am a mixed media artist. I love my higher end paint brushes but also need some inexpensive ones for rough surfaces where I don't want to ruin more expensive brushes. I also need the less expensive brushes to still perform well. These brushes have been good for my needs so I am giving them 5 stars for that. I paint for a living and I use these daily worth projects. The bristles are so soft and flowy. They haven't lost their shape or gotten to the point where they need thrown out. Take care of your brushes and they'll treat you good. I ordered so many of these!
