After looking over so many of these ab rollers including the New Releases of ttbe same type of ab rollers. I chose this one because of the wider elbow area's and the fact this one said no assembly required. Where others required screwdriver s and stuff. Arrived today did not disappoint. Assembly consisted of attaching bar and sticking elbow pads on. And pushing in timer. That was it! Great quality. The rebounder works on a rug and hard floors. The foam for elbows is very thick and comfy. The bar is sturdy and has two gel foam pads for hand support comfort. I love it. I tried 10 reps on knees with knee pad and felt the rebound effective when I rolled out. Allowing me to come back to formation without hurting myself. ... show more
