I think this has been a great investment to help secure my home more. I have an entrance that didn't have a lock and the constant worry of someone opening was my biggest problem. Thankfully I was able to get these locks and I am super impressed and happy to have them. The combination with the keys is a great inclusion. I really like how easy it is to open it with the keys and the combination and how quickly you can lock it by snapping it closed. The material is very good so the chances of someone breaking it are pretty low. Definitely they are worth the price considering how durable and necessary they are for any home owner with unlocked gates.

This combo lock is a practical choice for securing my storage container as that’s what I currently use them for but clearly they have multiple uses as advertised. There isn’t much to say, everyone is aware of how combo locks operate as they’re very common. However, these are unique and innovative: the convenience of having both a combination and a key, providing flexibility in case I forget or misplace the combination or the key is priceless. Either way it provides an option to fall back on in case of anything. These locks are straightforward, serving their purpose effectively. Needed some new combo locks for a few various things including a new gym locker. This nice, optioned combo/key padlock item looked like it could fit the bill... and it has. The lock looks fine, has a nice feel to it, works effectively, has smooth dial operations, gives clear combo codes and instructions as well as comes supplied with a couple of back-up keys to use in case you need to override the combination operation all together. Overall, this lock assembly looks and works as expected and designed. The only slight disappointment for me is that the overall weight and (finish?) seems a little cheapy(?) and it doesn't seem quite as heavy-duty as I thought a padlock of this style (and advertisement of..) would be. Reminds me of a knock-off version of another popular brand and a standard in the industry (that starts with an "M")... On its own merits though, the lock performs as described and certainly gets the job done. A nice value/touch is that you do get two (2) padlocks with this set so that's a plus. Would we recommend this product...? Yes... they work well and are a value while fitting the bill just right.

Padlock with an option to unlock with a key, that's a great idea. Getting 2 locks for the price of one is a great bargain too. However, the overall feel of these locks are not so great. I've used several locks like these before and all of them felt more solid and good heavy. When I removed the sticker on the back, it left some paper, the sign of low quality or being in the warehouse for too long. The ads say that setting your personalized combination is quick and hassle-free, but there is no instruction to do this... But they do the job and it still is a good idea to have a key as a backup, and getting 2 locks for the price of one is good.

These stainless steel combo locks are just like the one's I used in school on my locker, except even better! They are made with quality materials and if I ever forget the combination, I don't have to "cut" the lock off because I have the key which also opens the lock/s. 3-number combination locks are the best for locking my shed, my boat, RV trailer, and my tool box. A good theft deterrent

These padlocks works exactly the same way as those Masterlocks typically used in gym lockers. The added advantage is the key for quick opening or when you forget the combination. The trouble is that keys are very difficult to insert into the hole. It’s quite a struggle to put in and take out. Once in, however, it does open the lock easy enough. Using WD-40 helps a bit. I believe a graphite lubricant would work better but I don’t think I should have to pay more just to have the keys move smoothly. The web description includes “personalized” combination code which I believe is a translation error. There’s no way to customize the combination codes. This is why the manufacturer offers help if you forget the numbers. I don’t believe the product rating should be “punished” for translation errors. Two locks with key feature at $17 is not cheap so I expected the quality to be better. The price is higher than Masterlock combination padlocks without keys but the quality is definitely not as good.
