Love, love, love this backpack! Pacsafe Luggage Metrosafe 350 Gii Daypack I am a nursing professor/NP who is a DC-Balto commuter. Now I feel safe carrying my laptop, kindle, Ipad on the metro and the commuter train. This backpack also holds textbooks/papers/lunch without breaking my back. Love the size, security features, and simple look. This is literally exactly what I wanted. I needed a computer backpack for work and family trips and I always worry about someone taking something while on public transit. This bag relieves some of those concerns. Wow, this is a very nice backpack with some great features. I bought for husband who is 6' and it fit well on his back. I am 5'3" and no way did this fit well on me. I was able to put some of my stuff in his backpack when we traveled. My backpack is smaller. It fit well under the seat on the plane.

I got to use this pack in europe extensively during our honeymoon. Traveled throughout some great places, and some not so great places as we ventured around. I used this primarily as a daypack to hold the camera and sometimes the ipad. I loved it. The pocket arrangements give you alot of options, and for things like a bottle of water you have the side pocket that is easily accessible. You'll have to get over the sometimes clumsy feel to the hooks and latches. They are akward at times to open and close but that's for a reason. They seem to tuck away nice and would make a thief have to struggle long enough for you to figure out what's going on. That's the hope at least. Would give 5 stars but that would require me seeing how well it does with pickpockets and other stuff that it's built for, luckily we didn't have to. ... show more

    • Straps loosen too easily.

Things I like: 1). Easily accepts my 16' LG Gram laptop. 2). Security features are great. 3). Very roomy inside and can fit a lot of stuff. 4). When the straps do adjust properly, the backpack is fairly comfortable. Things I did not like: 1). The straps would loosen up each time I put the pack on my back, then I would have to take the backpack off to tighten them up, which would loosen up when I put the pack on again. 2). Also the side bottle holders do not hold bottles securely. They kept falling out. 3). The strap on the back to fit over the luggage handle is very small and tight. Trying to get the pack on and off was time consuming and difficult which is very irritating when you are trying to board a plane. Because of the straps, I do not recommend this product. ... show more
