This cooler bag is perfect for packing for a day away from home. We keep the bag in the freezer and use it to keep food cold all day. Our daughter has special dietary needs which require us to bring food from home and this bag will keep everything we pack cool all day. It would easily hold 6 cans of soda and keep them tooth cracking cold on the go. I love that there are no separate cooler packs to worry about, but if it's an extra warm day, I could throw one in the bag for additional cooling. ... show more

I've been looking for a great lunch bag for a while and finally landed on this one! I love that I don't have to worry about ice packs anymore - this bag IS the ice pack. It's oversized for my lunch, really, but that gives me the option of packing extra drinks, snacks, or dressings/sauces without juggling extra bags. The bag wipes out and off easily, is leak proof, and has a separate outside pocket for napkins or whatever. The strap is hugely adjustable and made of sturdy webbing that is securely attached to the bag. I love the pack-it products because I hate ice packs that take up half of your lunch box. I was a little disappointed though because after only one use at the pool the fabric on the bottom was ripping along the edge from being scraped against the concrete from normal sliding—like—I’m sitting on my pool chair and pulling the cooler closer to me. Also, this is deceivingly small. It may fit all those soda cans but it’s more like a large lunchbox if you use Tupperware and try to cram it all in there. I would have liked a slightly smaller version for a lunch box or a slightly bigger version for a cooler. Overall, I use it, but I wouldn’t buy another one. ... show more

I bought this as a way to fly with my breast pumps and expressed. milk worked great. You freeze the bag, and I put another freezer pack in there just to be sure. Everything was still frozen or mostly frozen by the time I landed and got home.

I've bought over 10 Packits since the company started and this one is the 1st to disappoint. It does not stay cool for long and I think it's because it's thinner than the original designs.
